“They had a big pool and the whole hotel was very kid-friendly. The breakfast was filing. We had rooms high up in and so we got a good view of the surrounding place. The staff were very nice and friengly. It was also nicely located close to the parks we came there for. ”

“First, dont try and check in before 4 pm, got there at 2 pm and was told to return at 4pm. Second, Room was wonderful, clean, comfy bed, had a deluxe suite in Building 2. Only problems encountered was elevator did not work correctly in our building and pool near our building & hot tub had broken heating system. Both problems reported to front desk, who advised us they were aware of both problems. Neither of them seem to be fixed during our stay. GREAT location. P.S. WONDERFUL STAFF ”

“ they switched us to another room that had an awful stinch like an old ashtray, we figured out the smell was coming from the air vent and that it was blowing hot air not cool. so called front desk they sent maintenace man, he came and flipped a breaker but still did not work, this was around midnight and no other rooms available so we had to stay in that stinky hot room it was awful!! Long story short they switched us the next morning- better room but just an old old hotel. I give 1 star for the friendly staff and another for the location the hotel is in, can walk to many good restaurants and stores and just 1 mile from universal, but would not stay here again-ever even if it was free!”

“when we first got in the room water did not work in bath tube, roaches all through out room and then on top of all that,i took my family to eat breakfast the handed me two bag lunches and told that i would have to pay for full breakfast. this is one of the worst hotels ive been in and i want the world to know please dont let the outside fool you the room are nasty,nasty,nasty the only good thing was the viewwe had real good balcony that showed us a real good view of orlando”

“1ST ROOM (YES, WE HAD TO MOVE)ONE OF TVS MISSING OUT A ROOM- KIDS ROOM (OMG! NOT!) TOILET NOT CLEAN (YELLOW STAINS ON SEAT) ---WE DIDN'T CHECK OUT ANY OTHER ITEMS BEFORE CALLING FRONT DESK AND REQUESTING ANOTHER ROOM.... 2ND ROOM SOME TYPE OF SMELL (CAN'T EXPLAIN, BUT NOT PLEASANT, BUT THANKFUL THAT IT WENT AWAY OR MAYBE JUST GOT USE TO IT) NOT ALL TV(S) GOT CABLE CHANNELS SOFA BED BENT AND MATTRESS NONE EXISTING, SO MAINT MAN CAME AND KICK AND BENT IT A COUPLE TIMES AND HAD TO REQUEST A REGULAR MATTRESS TO BE ADDED TO BED ALSO,IF MORE THAN 2-3 PEOPLE HAD TO TAKE A SHOWER, OTHER HAD TO OPT FOR COLD SHOWER ELVATOR STOP WORKING FOR SHORT SPAN OF TIME, BUT WE JUST DECIDED TO GO ON TO DINNER INSTEAD OF WAITING UNTIL FIX TO GO BACK UP TO 6TH FLOOR BY STAIRS TO REST AND CHANGE CLOTHES (SO DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK TO FIX IT) -ALSO FREE BREAKFAST WAS A PRE-PACKED BAG OF JUICE/PIECE OF FRUIT/CEREAL BAR OR PASTRY....YOU COULDN'T CHOOSE ITEMS, BUT HANDED A BAG”
