“We had a one bedroom A unit and it was excellent. We had no problems. It was clean and everything was there. We were on the lake and had a balcony overlooking the lake. Fisherman out every morning. Very nice. The main bedroom faced the morning sun. We put a blanket over the curtain rod so we could sleep in. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are getting new hot tubs in May. We like to use the hot tub after hiking or going to SDC. We liked the location, too. We'll probably go back if we can continue to get such a good deal on the price. WE were there March 13-16, 2013.”

“Stayed 3 nights in one bedroom apt. Clean with everything you need for a great stay. Two things that were disappointing. The lock out studio apt next door was not very sound proof. We could here there conversation very well when we were in our living room. The other thing was that Diamond Resorts tried to get us to attend a 1 1/2 hr presentation on their Membership program. We were not there for anything concerning a time share program, but still bothered twice, once at check in and again by phone call to our apt. We did have a great price at $75 night.”

No close water access, which was a disappointment. An interesting area to walk around and explore. “Very unhappy. Wasn't able to get into our room until 7:30pm on our check in date due to a lock malfunction.. We tried to check in at 1:30 but the room was not ready.We came back 4:00 to check in. We missed an appt due to the fact we could not get in our rooms to take a shower and get cleaned up. It was 108 dgrees We drove over 4 hours to relax away from home. It was a very stressful hot situation. When we did get to checkin we was greeted with a gift pack with melted chocolate, bottled water, almonds and a granola bar.”

“Check in time is at 4pm but we were unable to get to in to our room until 7:30 pm. The room looked nice BUT the walls are so thin you could hear everything that the neighbors were saying. Water running, Toilet flushing...Very noisey. The outside was so lit up the room wasn't dark enough to sleep. Overall..For the price it cost it was not worth the money for the quality. It might as well been a fly by night motel. The management did give us a gift bag for our troubles. It included: 2 bottles of water, a small can of almonds, a bag of chocolate covered fruit, 2 granola bars, three thin mints, a bag of popcorn and a handful of worthers caramels.”

“There was a pair of underwear hanging from one closet light, a popsicle wrapper in between sheets on one of the beds, and a puzzle piece under the desk in the family room. This made us feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. Other than that, the office staff was cordial & helpful. The manager apologized when I emailed him about our concerns,and offered to personally inspect our place if we ever stayed there again, which I thought was very good. He also said my experience would be used for training the housekeeping staff to do a better job. The location was great & the place was a very nice size. ”

“ Our family was very happy the minute we opened the door to our suite. It was so nice from the mattress being very comfitable to the screened in balcony which was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The layout of the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully furnished, which my wife loved. I chose Branson's Suites at Fall Creek for the location. It was just far enough away from the busy strip to be able to come back to our room after a long day of site seeing and have a quiet area to call home. We would like to chose this resort again. No need to search for any other place.”

“We spoke with front desk before arriving and told them we needed to find a RV Park near them to park our RV and that we would be staying in our RV our grandchildren and daughter were to stay in the rooms. They told us the nearest RV park was 5 miles. We called and booked space at the RV park they suggested. Driving to the RV park we passed at least 2 other parks closer to the hotel. After setting up our RV we drove back to the hotel to picked up grandchildren for dinner. Leaving their building we saw a sign that showed marina and campgrounds so we followed the signs to find a very shady RV park and marina on the same property as the hotel, In fact the hotel owns the park and marina. What a shock that the front desk did not even know they had an RV park on their property. Since we really wanted to be closer to our grandchildren we went back to the first park and told them our story and they let us out of the 3 night stay. We did pay them for 1 and 1/2 night since it wasn't their fault. The Suites at Fall Creek would not even give us a break on the charge for their RV site for all the trouble we had to go through. The cable wasn't working and we could not use both AC units on the RV because the breaker kept blowing. Overall the RV park will be nice after a few issues are taken care of. The hotel I would never use again, what a joke, no room service at all. The hotel needs to train their employees on what they have within their grounds. ”

“We really liked staying in the condo we were in. We had a 1 BR and loved it. We requested a first floor since we have small kids. The condo we were in was right by the pool and walking distance from the indoor pool. The only downside was that we had a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke and the people upstairs from us were very noisy. I think they decided to dance around at 2am everyday. haha Overall very good experience and will go back!”

“My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. The bathrooms weren't very clean (there was hair on the floor and the shower doors had obviously not been cleaned in a very, very long time because they were covered in a black slime along the bottom). My husband and I found a spider crawling in our bed one night and our daughter found a dead bug in hers. The walls are very, very thin. We had a suite on the bottom floor and could hear what was going on outside and above us. As other reviews have stated, the lights outside are very bright and keep the rooms well lit when you're trying to sleep. We did enjoy the indoor pool, mini golf and movie check out. We liked that those activities were available at no additional charge. The staff was very friendly. We will not stay here in the future.”

“When arriving in the room there were two chairs with very large stains. A call to the front office only brought someone to try and remove the stains. The overall cleaning was suspect. I think house keeping personnel need more supervision. The rooms and beds were very nice, but bathrooms need more cleaning.”

“When we finally arrived, we were not given the reservation we had asked for. We had already notified them that we needed a handicapped room on the first floor. They had assigned us to a second floor suite that was not handicapped. They asked that we wait because there was a line. Keep in mind that we are pressing 90 years old, and I was using a walker. We sat for awhile, then my wife stormed to the desk, and demanded attention to our problem. The desk clerk (there were several) immediately tried to find us what we had asked for, which he said he had no record of. His remark was that someone did not do their job. He eventually found for us what we had asked for, and it was a nice place. We were relaxing when another family entered our suite. They had been assigned to the same suite. We showed them our key number, the same as their's, so they returned to the front desk. We then got a telephone call from the front desk questioning us about our occupancy. I told them that this was their goof - not ours. We were able to keep our room. We were threatening to leave, but were just too tired. The next day, we were out for awhile, and when we returned, our key would not work. We had already paid for two nights. It was fortunate that we had a cell phone, so we called the front desk again, and they sent over some new keys. We left the following morning with both TVs remote devices not advancing the channels (we had to press channel numbers instead). We did receive an apology along with a sack of goodies, but that clearly did not compensate for all the trouble we had. Obviously, we will not recommend The Suites at Fall Creek to our friends, and we will not return. There was no excuse for the room mixup, nor for making us wait for our room assignment while others were being served.”

“Great room, but shared a wall with a family with small children. The parents did all the yelling even in the early morning. Matress was wonderful. Need room darkening curtains. Staff went out of their way to help us.We came in early on motorcycles in a downpour. Our rooms weren't ready so we changed to dry clothes in the restroom and used the rest of the main facility while waiting. Security staff drove our wives to the laundry so they could wash without getting drenched again. THANKS!!”

“I read reviews after I'd purchased a Groupon for this place. I started to worry. I will say SOME of the problems people had were legit, but manageable. For example, we read that the lights outside kept people awake, and yes they WERE bright, so we brought eye masks. Some said the walls are thin and we definitely heard the neighbors, but it was no worse than a hotel AND we brought a sound machine so we slept peacefully. Everything else was fantastic. Helpful, friendly staff. Outdoor hot tubs which may have well been our own private one. Nice activites area and great price. If you stay here, you should know that there is not daily room service (no biggie to us)though if you need extras they'll gladly send them. Oour room was stocked with enough items for our stay AND we lovecd the little kitchenette that had burners, fridge, microwave and dishes, pot and pans, glasses, etc. It was a WONDERFUL stay and I"ll go there again no doubt!”

We did have a problem with the electricity going out in the bathroom but we called the front desk and they sent someone from maintenance within 10 minutes and the problem was fixed. The only things we didn't like was that the water in the shower never did get very hot, it was always luke warm and the walls are kind of thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations and when they closed the cabinet doors. Would have been nice to have internet access without an extra charge. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.”

The grounds were beautiful & there were many activities to choose from. We swam in the indoor pool & enjoyed the spa. When we arrived the shower head in our bathroom had no volume of water & it sprayed everywhere. We called the front desk & within 30 min. a repair man was at our door. He said he thought all of those shower heads had been replaced, but he replaced ours. ”

“We stayed in a king room. We were expecting a nice stay but we got so much more. The room was clean and we felt very at home. The kitchen was very impressive. We had the chose to stay in and cook. They supplied every pot, Pan, utincle, and proper cleaning supplies. We loved the pool and activity center. We really enjoyed that we could check out a movie to watch for the night. And it wasn't a small selection. They had probably over a 100 movies to choose. We had just gotten married and it was perfect for us. ”

My sister and I had one large and one small unit joined together, so each had her own bedroom/bathroom, and shared kitchen and living-room. Perfect! One small caveat: we asked for an extra hour or two before leaving, so my sister could go for a last swim, and were turned down - rather unnecessarily, I thought. Otherwise, everything was exactly what we wanted. I am recommending this place to everyone who's asked about my vacation.”

“We had a 1 bedroom and arrived on Thursday. As others have commented we were told the room wouldn't be ready until 4:00 (we arrived at 3:30). My husband walked over to the building they assigned to us and did not see any cleaning staff in the area. We hung around the lobby until 4:00 and got our keys. I don't think they actually know which rooms are ready and which aren't so just be prepared to not check in until 4:00 no matter when you arrive. The suite was very roomy and had a full size stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Thursday night was very quiet but apparently our neighbors checked in on Friday. After that we heard their conversations and TV shows from the room next to us. (They were not excessively loud. There just was only a connecting room door between us.) I read reviews that stated that since it is a timeshare they were bugged daily to take the tour but that was not our experience. We were given a flyer when we checked in that gave us the option to call an extension to get a prize if we wanted to take the tour. I doubt I will be returning to Branson because the traffic was horrible (and we went in the off season) but if I did I would stay here again.”

If you dont mind hearing your neighbors slamming, banging, clanging around and hearing everything of their conversation then this is the suite for you. I would highly recommend the 1br suite for a little more money. In the Jr suite we had a partial stove(2 burners) that was right next to the sink, a mini microwave above the sink/burners, no place to set the coffee pot or toaster. There were plate and silverware for two along with pots and pans. It was a clean suite. They have no daily room service which we did not expect. The staff appeared pleasant(a positive). The activities are well planned and there is an 18 hole miniature golf course, shuffle board, tenis and a jungle gym for the little ones. ”

“My husband and I had stayed at Suites at Fall Creek 3yrs ago and had a good experience with this property; however, we had the 1br suite this particular stay and Awesome suite, was above what we had expected. This trip we got a Jr. suite and a good deal for your $ BUT....if you are planning on spending alot of time in your room and you dont mind hearing your neighbors slamming, banging, clanging around andhearing everything of their conversation then this is the suite for ya!;) I would highly recommend the 1br suite for a little more $. In the Jr suite we had a partial stove(2 burners) that was right next to the sink, a mini microwave above the sink/burners, no place to set the coffee pot and the shower had minimal pressure(double rinse your hair to get all shampoo out). It was a clean suite(thank God, or definatley would have changed rooms). The heat/air unit is 1 unit that you share with your neighbor, so they may be nice and comfy when your room wont even come close to comfy unless they arent there(a negative for us). They have no daily room service so dont expect to come back to a made up room with clean linens, not happening, you have to actually go to the main office to get those as well as any extra coffee, soap and all the other little things. Staff appeared pleasant(a positive). As for the outside, REALLY needs a powerwash job BADLY!!! Spiderwebs all over the place on the railings which is not a good scene if you want good business and recommendations. The trash can at ground level should be emptied more frequently too. All in all, not a bad suite but would stay in a 1br suite next time!!”

There was plenty to do with the pools, activity room and miniature golf with the grandchildren. We thought the grounds were pretty considering the extremely hot weather for the past several weeks. The condo was very adequate for the six of us. Our only complaint was about the fold out couch. It was broken and very uncomfortable even for the little kids. Everything else was fine.”

“The one-bedroom suite was very nice. The location is close to the action in Branson, but away from the traffic and congestion of the strip. The check-in procedure was the only negative mark. We arrived at around 2:00 and were told the room wasn't ready, but to call and check on it later. Official check-in was at 4:00, so I went back to the front desk at 3:55. I was told that keys would be handed out at 4:00. There was a group of people just waiting around in the lobby to get their keys. If my room was clean at 4:00, then it was clean at 3:55. Being told to wait until 4:00 felt like the rules of the resort took precedence over the guests. It just left a bad taste.”

If you get a chance you need to experience it! Also...we got a two day pass for white water through concierge for the price of one day! Just overall excellent!”

“For the price, I was expecting a very modest suite. What I got was a wonderful, comfortable suite that made our stay very enjoyable. We had a 1 br suite. Our suite was on the side facing Lake Taneycomo. I liked the location a lot. It included a huge screened in porch area. Con: The furniture on the porch was seriously one of those plastic table and chair sets you can get at Dollar General. My friend and I still enjoyed some beers out there and even got some entertainment from the guitar player across the way. The living area was nice and clean. The full kitchen had everything we needed: Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and even a washer/dryer. It had a full sized dining table. The bedroom had one king sized bed and a TV. It had a door that opened up to the screened in porch. The bathroom was HUGE. Double sinks, whirlpool tub. Cons: The tub was a little dirty. They only supplied us with 2 bath towels and 4 washcloths for a 3 night/4 day stay. However when I requested more, they brought them right up. We went to the outdoor pool one night. No complaints there. The lounge chairs were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bottom line is, I will definitely return to this resort. I'm not a huge fan of Branson - at all. I wanted my son to experience it once, because I did have fun there as a kid. This resort made the trip fun for me. The price really can't be beat. ”
