“Not only was the resort along a beautiful beach, but it also come with the best kind of recreational amenities perfect for a well-deserved vacation. The lazy river was nice and also the 5 other outdoor pools and the restaurants that serve delicious American and international dishes. I also liked the rooms that offered balconies with views of the ocean. ”

“i just checked in last night and had to wait one hour for a crib for my daughter and when it finally got to my room,it was filthy!ihad to go to walmart to purchase a bottle of lysol(which took more time) to then clean the crib.not only that but my husband had to totally wipe down the bathroom because the maids left pubs on everything.gross!all the appliances have rust on them and its not from sea air'its because they are old and outdated.it's 12oclock and daughter has finally fallen asleep.thanks alot crown reef.what a major letdown. ”

“Found the accomodations & amenities were not the same as previous visits. Beds were very firm; no couch/recliner; had small table, kitchen didn't have dishwasher; dishes, glasses & silverware needed to be rewashed; missing wine corkscrew, pot & pan scouring pads. Some items we needed to purchase next day to use that were not standard issue. Past visits were much better. Sorry, but big disappoinment.”
