“The room was very nice and clean. We had to call maintenance twice for bathroom issues. The check-in as very slow and they charge you an extra $10 a day for services you most like will not use but the tube rental. They also do not change your towels, bedding and clean room unless you pay extra ($55) or book 7 days or more. No free internet in room and very weak in public spots. I booked the place to use the Lazy River at night for the pictures on their site were beautiful but the lazy river is not open after dark. Do not eat at Denny that is onsite, food and service is the worst ever and place is dirty. ”

“I stayed here this last weekend and I love the resort especially the 24hr hot tub nice to go after a night at the strip. The only thing I was not happy with was that they put us in a handicap room and the front desk staff was rude did not even welcome us or say thank you when we check in or checked out they did seem very happy to be there. I think customer service should be number one any business. ”

“The ambience is lovely. Enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. The staff were helpful and everything was clean. One suggestion is to let your guests know that there is a shuttle to a grocery store. We had expected to lay in a few supplies when we first got there but couldn't find any stores nearby that sold groceries. We were begging cream and sugar from Denny's and 7-11. The coffee in the rooms was awful but we think it may be the water. Those were the only negative comments I have and it certainly was not enough to put a damper on our stay. I would certainly stay there again when we make our next trip.”

“We love the atmosphere of Tahiti Village. It just seems a little tired in decor and some things didn't work like the coffee pot, the lock on the bathroom door. But, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Loved the service.”
