The complimentary breakfast was good every morning I had it (3 of the 4 I was there). The staff were terriffic, very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel was great - clean quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was also quite good. The hotel is visible from Hiway 36 - but access is from the frontage road - and you need to look for the turnoff at the exit. We'd stay there again if we're in Hannibal. ”

“ Brief history We were born and raised in Hannibal and was moved by bn rr in 1986 to kc mo when we came back to visit always stayed at parents house until her mom died and then had to put her dad in nursing home Make a long story short we need a place to stay when visiting WILL NOT BE THE INN I will call you Quality because you fall far short The night of our stay we went on boat tour and arrived back at inn? about 10 pm went to bed and was kept up auntie 3 am by barking dog I went to front desk and asked if there was any other complaints he said yes Iasked if he would call police and after several minutes he did I heard him tell the police that he had several complaints the last three nights The police told him you were out of city limits they would call sheriff Did me no good I heard the DOG until 7am when we took breakfast and left I will not stay there again You are not protected by police or fire Do you have a good reason to stay there again”

“The room was clean and nice, but bottom of tub was dirty. Lukewarm to cool showers are not my idea of a good time. The breakfast was a bit better than last time I stayed at this hotel except I am not a fan of instant coffee. For the price, it's not a great value, but just average. ”

“I have been going to this motel since it opened. I think the overall quality of the building and rooms are getting run down. Carpet is dirty in the rooms and building, my shower faucet would not turn off. Door opening system would not work properly. Was there for two nights and could smell cigarette smoke come up into my room because you have allowed to keep smoking rooms. Which I think is very annoying to anyone who does not smoke. Smoking in my oppinon show not be allowed in motels because of the lack of good circulation of air. Very unhealthy. ”
