“I’ve never seen a hotel room THIS clean. My girlfriend is neat & clean freak, so to speak. She was floored at the sight of my room! Other facilities were nicely well-kept too. Dining at the hotel was efficient and offered excellent choices. Tough hotel to beat.”

“We stayed for a weekend and the room had "sleep number" beds. The hotel was clean, and had several places to eat within the building. It was nice that we did not have to go outside to get to the casino. Additionally, they had shuttle service to the bingo hall across the parking lot. Definately would stay here again. ”

The mattress was a "Sleep Number Bed" and I don't care what # you put it on, it's still an air mattress and it's hard. Worst night's sleep ever!!! Staff was great, casino was great, food was great, but that bed was a killer.”

“The Radison Conference Center in Green Bay was very clean and the hotel staff went above and beyond, making sure my families stay was very enjoyable. Only one issue came out of our stay and that was the use of a debit card to cover the room upon arrival. The same card was used to reserve the room a week before and the Radisson debited my account for the agreed upon amount with no issues. But when we arrive they informed us the would debit / hold my account twenty five dollars to cover any extra charges to the room, but instead they put $53.00 in pending for my account. This seems to me that this will cause a trust issue with their customers.contacting them they still stated the twenty five dollar charge was correct but my bank disagrees.”
