“Rooms and hotel very clean. Rooms kind of small. Loved the pool and the location was the best possible for our party. We could walk to three of the places we planned to visit. ”

“From start to finish, the staff was informative, pleasant, and very helpful. The location was perfect, and even though it was winter, there was a lot to do and great places to eat. We swam in the pool, and soaked in the hot tub, and walked, and shopped, and ate at the best of restaurants. WE left our car in the garage on Sunday, checked out, and they even stored our luggage so we could spend a few more hours wandering around Boston! What a great weekend get-away!!!”

“We had a terrific time. The location--North End, market, greenway, etc. was perfect. The new ICA completes the deal.”

“We had the quality, service and environment that I would expect from a Marriott. With one exception, in the room and in the lobby there was a $13.00 charge for internet. After paying over $300 for the room, to be asked to pay an additional amount for internet is off-putting at best. There are many hotels, airports and cafes that offer free WiFi (while spending as little as $3.00 in their facility). The Marriott is behind the times and inappropriate in the practice of charging for WiFi. I'm sure they hate to give up such a high margin ticket. I will ask about this before I reserve at a Marriott again.”

“Boston is a very walkable city, and the location of this hotel on the harbor is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. A fan in the bathroom and a make-up mirror/light would have been nice. Overalll, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.”

“the location is great to watch the water craft and easy walk to the T , Faneuil Hall and the market place. there was construction being done inside the hotel but only minor in-convenience. We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and weather was perfect and we had a great time. The room was always recleaned great when we returned and we appreciated our attendant attention to deal cleaning. Yes we will recommend your hotel to others. ”

“Full size beds are too small. Pillows were not supportive. The only good thing was the location. Conceirge took phone calls before people standing in front of her and took forever to get through short line.”

“Front desk was very pleasant, but the night bartender couldn't care less about service. And there was a tooth pick stuck in the carpet in our room that my wife pricked her foot with.”

“I love this hotel, I have stayed here many times. However, during the weekend of 5/13-5/15 the hotel was under construction. I was staying at the hotel for work with another co worker and we had very long nights and very early mornings. Having said that, the construction beginning at 6 am was awful. I could hear every single hammer, saw, etc.. I understand that this needs to occur in order to improve the hotel. I just wish I had been made aware that the construction was occurring that weekend, I would have stayed elsewhere. Thank you for your time. Gretchen Haase”

“I did not get the king bed I requested, though the 2 beds were comfortable. Our room was unfortunately right over the main entrance, so it was a bit noisy in the morning. We did have breakfast the next day and the service was very slow.”

“We have been staying at the Long Wharf for many, many years for both business and pleasure and have always been pleased with the clean, always updated rooms and amenities. We always enjoy breakfast while admiring the views of the harbor and you can't beat the location, especially for tourists. The hotel is right next to The New England Aquarium, easy walking distance to Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and the great North End for fabulous, Italian cuisine.”
