“My family and I spent 3 days in this hotel. We definitely love the signature bed – the kids bounced on them for a while. There were also 2 TV sets so the kids were able to watch their favorite cartoon shows while my wife and I watched news. Our room had high speed internet access, multi-line phone, and ergonomic workstations so I was able to work easily even while we were on vacation.”

As a long time New Yorker, I was not expecting the warmth of the staff, the open, clean modern rooms, the wonderful little kitchette area... for such a great value. The location kept me at the center of the activities. I felt safe and looked after. It was fun to be a tourist in my own city!”

“Clean. Excellent location to theaters. In the middle of everything. Staff was very courteous. We were four people, two college age daughters, me and my wife. Plenty of bathroom space with two full sinks. ”

“The suite was perfect. It had everything we needed and it was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do in New York. The beds were very comfortable and the suite was spacious and very nice. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful with the exception of our first housekeeper who did an awful job of cleaning. She barely made our beds. She did not clean up even our used drink glasses or anything that was obviously trash. I spoke to the housekeeping supervisor who was very upset and said that it was unacceptable. He apologized and gave us 2 free buffet breakfasts.”

“Well first off the room didn't have any electricity except for the main outlet which was a pain to use the microwave. The mini bar was empty and when I called room service they were closed and didn't help at all. There was no garbage bags at all and like 2 towels in the bathroom.”

“We love the Times Square Doubletree -- the rooms are great, very clean and the service is good. My only complaint this time is that I asked the folks who are supposed to provide direction and insight into the city if there was a subway stop near Chelsea Market where we were going on a tour. He said there wasn't and we took a cab there. Turns out -- there's a subway stop three blocks from Chelsea Market which we took on the way back. Wish we'd had that information going to -- would have saved us $ on cab fare.”

“Very centrally located in the center of Time Square. Staff was very friendly and helpful (front desk, valet, bell man, concierge, cleaning staff). Room was nice size (especially for NYC). Our stay included valet parking; we weren't sure where to drop off our vehicle so had to "go around the block" which is not easy in NYC. However, the hotel and stay was very nice. Already have recommended the hotel to friends.”
