“The only thing I can say nice about this place is that they have a nice pool and bar area. My room was dirty. My king size bed was broken and sunk into a v shape. When I complained at the front desk, the manager really didn't care.”

MY WORSE 2 NIGHTS !!!
“Unfortunately my stay there was not ideal, for one the manager was very rude and they refused to accomodated us, until finally they found our paper work. I requested for more towels and my room to be clean at 8 :30 am when i returned to my room my room was still not clean. When called front desk was very rude they say the following ;we are busy we see if we get to it today, with no other explanation and hang up. I took upon myself to go up to the cleaning lady to see if she could clean my room finally, one of the ladies was helpful and clean my room. I also requested a wake up call for next morning, never got a wake up call. My whole experience at this hotel was terribly they do not have any customer service, it seems that Hotel does not care anything about customer service. I was very disatisfied with my experience at Orlando Metropolitan Resort. I will never recommend anyone to stay there. GR...”
