“Location was good as we walked to many restaurants and shops. Room had basic amenities and facilities were just right for the rate. Staff was accommodating to our request of adjoining rooms. They obliged with a smile!”

“Lazor Port Fun Center was right next to the hotel which is very convenient for our teenage sons. The rooms were very clean and smelled clean.”

“Bathroom was dirty with hair and dirt in the tub and on the floor. Got to listen to the go cart track next door until it closed early in the morning. The reception staff weren't knowledgeable and didn't even know if they had a room for us to utilize. The cleaning staff were only in the room one of the three days we stayed there. Two star hotel that we will not stay at again nor recommend. ”

“We Had a great stay at Days Inn Pigeon Forge. The Staff was super nice, friendly & helpful.They got us checked in & out quickly. The rooms were very Clean & Beds were so comfortable, wish I could have stayed longer. My sons & I really enjoyed the Pool, The Gocarts & Lazer Tag next door, and Flapjacks next door,also, when we didn't eat breakfast in Lobby. Thanks for everything! Can't wait to come back! “Hotel appeared to have been remodeled recently, but the carpets appeared to be very dirty, the room had a smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room and the wireless internet was not working for the duration of my stay. ”

“We booked a double queen room non-smoking and to our surprise it smelled like an ash tray! When we went to the front desk all they could say is "huh, it's supposed to be non smoking" Really? and all they did about it is send a guy with a tiny unit thats supposed to suck out the cigarette smell from the room!! Most, not all of the people were nasty! The beds were comfortable but squeaky, the fan unit in the bathroom sounded like an airplane, water was leaking in front of our door from the second floor, we walked to three ice machines before we found one that works. WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!”

“Room was clean,bathroom needs some updating but was clean,the breakfast needed some work,No orange juice the day we were there the machine was broken had very little choices only toast no sweet rolls, bagels did have good coffee ”
