“Our room had stained carpets and water stains around shower. The extra blanket was very thin and like sandpaper. Cigarette smoker smoked on their balcony and smoke came into our room. The only positive things I can say is the WIFI and parking are free. The king size bed comforter, sheets and pillows where most comfortable that's how I realized this was a hotel not a motel. Oh and the prices in the little store in hotel are outrages. I bought a generic bottle of saline solution and it cost me over $7.00. Restaurant is a plus. ”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and forgot a lint roller, they went out of there way to locate one for us (which was brand new) and delivered it to our door. There customer service was incredible! The rooms were great, we loved the fact that it felt more like an apartment then a crammed hotel room. It was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was the only part that looked like it needed to be updated, however they had great water pressure so I cant complain! Breakfast was delicious and they offered a variety of options. If we are ever back in the area, which is very likely, we will be staying here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay,room service was great,and the steak house was excellent-you will get a "fail" from us on the way that your "lost and found" disrespected my wife,when I misplaced/lost my glasses.He questioned her like the F.B.I.,after your staff member had "already" informed him to bring the glasses to the front desk-what an idiot!!! Wife says she will not stay again/nor recommend!!!”

“loved the location of the hotel and the fact that it was actually in my hometown of covina... our room was was nicely decorated and spacious... and exceptionally clean... beds were awesome, love the select comfort beds... one of the few hotels I've been in that i didn't cringe at the sight of the the comforter and feel a bit uneasy all night in the bed... that bed was delightful... slept like a rock.... i realize that it's a older hotel but i think the bathrooms are overdo for refurbishing... a bit rough... some cracked tiles and mold.. the pocket door into the bathroom was ridiculously heavy and hard to close... a real pain. loved the whole lay out of the hotel and the pool area is quite nice... very grand fountain and staircases... quite impressive... front fountain needs to be made operational again though... well that's about it... a few improvements could really make the radisson a first rate hotel... john”

“Very nice. The rooms are great, especially with the separate bedroom. The staff was very nice. The only drawback is they don't have a free breakfast. But I'm sure they would have to raise their prices if they added breakfast and their prices are quite reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Are you kidding me...3 star? This needs to be a major re-visit review. It's more like a 1+ or 2 star. Everything is horribly outdated 70's decor, smells like a old attic, broken fixtures, peeling wall paper and spakel in every crack! This is disturbing and the whole place smells like an old cattle corral.”

“didnt get the two bed room that i requested when making reservation,had problems with the heater in the room,jacuzzi quit working the second day of our 5 day stay and was still broke when we left, maid service was kind of weak.”

“The elevators were down most of the time due to rainy weather, the room smelled musty, we did not get maid service two days out of our 6 day stay. No place to hang a towel. Most of the staff were very kind - but we felt that we did not get the renovated room that had been advertised.”

“Old section-- 1. one half of the sleep number broken, 2. toilet seat broken and did not fit the porcelain bowl 3. back entrance broken 4. tray of dirty dishes left in the hall for 24 hours 5.no remote control in the bedroom 6. redeeming factor--IT WAS CLEAN 7. no evidence of personnel anywhere”

“We were looking forward to a morning swim and the pool heater was broken. It would have be nice if the desk had let us know this ahead of time. the restuarant attached to the hotel was slow but the food was good. the room was very clean and comfortable”
