“Our atrium suite was supposed to be non-smoking, BUT when getting in there it was quite obvious the smoke detector had been disarmed and smoking was done in this room. it smelled horrible! The staff brought us an air purifier that we ran both days but didn't really cut it. We were too tired the night of arrival to bother with trying to get another room and moving all our stuff. I was in conference all day both days and no time either. We were given a free night as some compensation, so again the staff was very helpful. I suggest always viewing your room prior to dragging all your stuff in. Easier to change rooms. The hotel otherwise was very nice and the restaurant has great food!”

“The room was great. The kids loved the pool and kid area. We had a pool side room and outside our sliding doors was a table and three chairs that other guest kept taking. We had a terrible night sleep because of the barking dog next door. If the dog wasn't barking off and on all night we would have had a great trip. We had to come home to sleep. We would stay there again...asking this time if there is a yippie dog next to us. ”

“Very nice place for families to stay. Many things for the kids to do, nice areas for families to visit. The air conditioner in our room did not work very well and we did not get ground level as requested at time of booking, which is very hard when stairs are a problem for guests and there is no elevator.”

“The hotel has a major water problem The room was so damp, the carpet felt wet, the bedding was damp, even the tile floor in the bathroom felt damp. Was moved across the hall where it was still damp, but less so. The carpeting looked wet, like it was just shampooed. We had rain storms and water poured in through the top of the window sill. This was in the first room. Staff was very friendly.”
