“This is simply the most perfect hotel location anyone could ask for. It is right on the beachh and restaurants. Swimming pools, restaruants, shops, many places to visit and have fun with. It was worth every penny I spent on the rtsuarant and in hotel.”

“Upon our arrival to the resort it looked clean and inviting. We had checked into our room and were not happy when we found out that we were not staying in one of the nice larger buildings but in the smaller building inbetween the 2. Once we got into the room there were a couple things noticed that were unacceptiable. 1) The bathroom was dirty and molded 2) the room smelt of mildew 3)there were dead bugs on the wall 4)the deck furniture was blk and dirty and last but not least the tiles on the floor were cracked up and the crpet didn't look vacummed. Once the Manager was notified of our dissatisfaction he sent over housekeeping to clean up. The only saving grace to this place was the view. I will not be going back and because I am in the market to purchase a condo I will not be looking to further their business.”

“Just stayed 4th of July week! It was amazing! Spring Maid exceeded my expectations! Clean, beautiful, friendly, and very welll maintained. I cant stress how clean and maintained things were, nor can I stress how friendly and helpful all of the staff was. My only complaint would be with the poolside lounge chairs. They were extremely nice, but needed a good scrubbin'. Lots of bird poo and webs up underneath. Poolside restrooms would be nice too! This was my 10th time to Myrtle Beach, but my first time at SPRINGMAID. This will now be my destination of choice.”

“Me and my husband stayed here we loved everything about it until we left the resort and found nothing but ants all in my car literally. they were coming out of the dash they were all in the floor front and back and in my sons carseat which luckily he wasn't with us and when we stopped to try to get them out of the car we also noticed they were all on the outside of the car and underneath my car. we called and told the front desk about it when we first seen them. we finally found a car wash and found gobs of more ants outside and underneath. and so furious that we have to sit and clean out my car full of ants we get more furious when the hotel manager says there is nothing we can tells us it's the property next to them that has the ants and that we parked there at our own risk. well the ants were all around the pier and all in the sand when we were on the beach. nothing was done about this. the ants were on the hotels property so how do we know it's coming from the lot beside them? I seen them on the hotel lot not the property beside the live oak section. ”

“I had a migrane everyday I was at your facility (11/19/11 through 11/25/11), but the services were excellent. The ocean and my medicine made my holiday get away relaxing in spite of my migraines. I would stay at your facility again and would recommend Springmaid Beach resort to others.”

“Even though a holiday weekend (Labor Day) the beach was not crowded at Springmaid. No loud partying. Just a calm, restful place to spend a few days away. Wonderful place for the children (3 kiddie pools) and lazy rivers and pools for adults. Our 4th visit to Springmaid.”

“The room was clean. The only problem was on Friday night when my neighbors kept me up until almost 3 am with loud music and talking. I called the front desk at 12:30am and at 1:30am. Both times I was told a security guard would be sent but I don't know if he ever came. Other than that everything was good. I plan to spend more time there in the future.”

“Clean and comfortable room. Maid service was excellent. Repair work on the pier was a great improvement. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. We are senior customers and enjoy Springmaid several times a year. Would like to know if Cypress Bldg has been updated this year.”

“Very nice but somewhat dated room. Pier and tide schedules would be good if placed in rooms daily. Also, a towels only note would be easier for maid service instead of do not disturb and hope to catch cleaning staff to get towels. A better assortment of personal items at the pier store would be appreciated. I forgot my (man) razors and only had female single blades at pier. ”
