Great for my family
“I do not know about other families, but when my family stayed at the hotel, we found ourselves enjoying every minute of it. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel to any members of my family
“During our stay at the Ramada, our rooms were not cleaned daily, we had to go and ask for clean towels. I didn't agree with the amount of money this hotel asks for in deposit, 250.00. I didn't have to pay this much for a hotel downtown Vancouver who had excellent services to their customers. I was not happy...”

“1. The room's carpet had globs of repair adhesive that appeared as goo when seen in the dark. 2. Our 1st morning was on Remembrance Day-a holiday-thus no FREE continental breakfast BUT the same on our 2nd day-no FREE continental breakfast. 3. The room rates were great, the front desk staff were gracious and helful BUT they could not do anything about the "PROMISED" breakfast.”

“The website led me to believe that this hotel was close to Metrotown Mall which it is not.It is in Vancouver not Burnaby.Upon entering the hotel I was met with a very pungent smell of yesteryear. The night clerk was very impatient and the staff were unfriendly. I did not get a requested wake up call. The queen suite was nice and comfortable. Quiet too. The tv remote did not work and the night clerk was unhelpful regarding the internet access. This hotel is in an unfavourable location to go out and do things.”

“This place is a complete fraud. A drunk naked man harrased my travel companions and the staff did nothing about it. I did not stay 5 minutes and still got charged by the incompetent manager. It was dirty and they lied about the location.”
