“Had a business trip with my colleagues in San Francisco and we stayed in this hotel. Despite the busy schedule, we managed to have real fun because fun places are near to where we stayed!” – Sandra Sullivan

“I ENJOYED MY STAY AT HOLIDAY INN IN SAN FRANCISCO LAST WEEK! I LOVE THE PLACE SPECIFICALLY THE PROXIMITY OF THE HOTEL TO DIFFERENT FUN SITES LIKE THE PIER 39 AND THE WALT DISNEY FAMILY MUSEUM. WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK AND RIDE ON THE CABLE CAR WHERE A SPECTACULAR ANGLE OF THE CITY BY THE BAY CAN BE CAPTURED FROM.” – AARON R.

“As they say in the real estate business, "Location, location, location" and that applies to this Holiday Inn. The location is ideal for tourists. The cable car and bus are both within two blocks. The hotel room was roomy, clean, and welcoming. The price was within reach of the 'common' man. I always stay here.” – Dee

“The Staff was amazing helpful in everyway. I recommend this place to anyone staying in San Francisco. The manager called me help me out with a situation prior to my arrival. They were helpful with directions and the room was CLEAN.. Love the beds, SLEEP NUMBER BEDS INCLUDED :) Also Ihop Resturant is right next door.. PERFECT for the following morning breakfast. Easy access to Fishermans Warf, and a couple of blocks away(5min walk) from the Cable Car starting point to get going for your downtown tour. You can shop all you want for hotels but you will be grateful at the end picking this location. WE LOVED IT !!! You park your own car and the fee was not bad at all $37.50 a night. LOVE THIS PLACE.. Next trip to San Francisco i will be booking my stay here.”

“Good location for walking to various attractions. Booked two rooms - one room had wallpaper peeling away from wall. Reported to front desk upon checkout. Received apology for the appearance, but a bit surprised that there was no adjustment on our bill for the less than satisfactory appearance of the room. ”

“We were in the "annex" where there is almost no parking, so we had to park a block away at the main hotel. We were not told in advance throughout the reservation process that we would be paying $40 per night plus tax for parking. One of the two elevators was not working throughout our stay, in spite of the fact that there were many guests--I would guess the hotel was fully occupied. Most of us took the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator, even those of us who are older and were staying on the fourth floor. The rooms need refurbishing, especially the bathrooms. The staff was very nice and accommodating, including housekeeping and the front desk. ”

“Room ok I expected an upgrade (Priority member) but it was not even considered. Personnel at entrance desk, poor and most of them not nice people, to be exact during my 4 days I saw 4 different ladies and halve of them were disgusting. Consiere part time, poor service. Computers, only 2, very slow, in bad shape. Restaurant good but expensive for the rest of the hotel.”

“From the moment we checked in, it seemed like all the people were too busy to smile and give what we call a good ole "southern welcome". Strictly business. The concierge during the day seemed like he was in a hurry to go home and asked us to come back later. He finally decided to help us as the new man came on but we felt like were putting him at an inconvience. The new man seemed like he wanted to let us know he was in charge and we went to another vendor and booked our tours. We did eat dinner and the waiters seemed very helpful and ready to help but there was only one other couple there at that time. For the price we paid, we felt the hospitality was lacking. ”

“The location of this hotel is great, and it is clean and well-maintained. Our room was quiet. The rooms are basic, as expected for a Holiday Inn, but it's kind of a shock to pay nearly $300 per night for a room like that. They also charge another $40 per day for parking, but at least you can easily get in and out of the garage. Staff was helpful and friendly, and recommended a reasonable restaurant.”
