“The hotel’s clean rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities. They were also designed in contemporary fashion. For great tips on great Nashville eats, ask the staff for some recommendations! They were very attentive and proactive at all times. ”

“The room size and furnishings were standard for a Hyatt Place. My room was quite nice, and very clean. ”

“Room was clean though very compact and staff was really nice. We waited forever for a shuttle pickup at Opry Mills though in the freezing cold. Elevators are also freezing in the winter and have a funky smell. We wanted to stay in and watch movies because of the cold, but satellite was out for all but three or four channels. The Guide and Pay Per View channels were out too.”

“The bed was great, a little lacking on space for our luggage and the bath was a little small, but overall we had a good stay. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip and the location was good.”

“The hotel is centrally located near the Opryland Hotel (gorgeous), 20 minutes from downtown, the Hermitage, etc. The rooms are being renovated and are nice, but the hallways were a little dusty (not a big deal). The TV is mounted between the living and sleeping area, which was a little awkward and there was very little counter space. However, there were two sinks and mirrors outside the lavatory/shower, which was great. Breakfast selection was good, but nothing after breakfast (even coffee). They advertise a shuttle to/from airport and Opryland Hotel, but didn't mention there is also a shuttle available every hour to downtown ($10 ea way per person). Just ask for it at the front desk. If we'd know this we wouldn't have had to rent a car! ”

“The hotel was very welcoming . We got great service from the front desk staff. She checked us into the hotel early and was very helpful in booking a tour and giving us driving directions for downtown. Room was very nicely appointed with a fantastic big screen TV. WiFi worked well. Only two criticisms: bathroom was tiny and the sound-proofing between rooms was poor. Breakfast was superb. We enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the lounge.”

“I came to town to go the the Opry Mills Mall. It was close to everything I wanted to do, even downtown. The room looked just like the pictures on the website. Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here in any future trips to Nashville.”

“This hotel went above and beyond with EVERYTHING. Transportation, dinner reservations etc. Every single staff member was helpful and friendly. This is one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed at.”

“We enjoyed the different areas in the room. It was nice to have a sleeping area and a sitting area. We were there with friends and were able to have them to our room for drinks and a game without sitting on the beds. However, our room was skipped for the daily cleaning and I had to request towels and coffee for the second day and we made our own beds. The Hyatt Place needs to offer a better breakfast. Having to pay $6.00 for eggs is not good business when the breakfast was suppose to be free. The hotel was very close to Opryland and we did enjoyed our stay.”

“When we opened the door and saw the sitting area with the sofa, plus the two beds, my grandson said, Wow, Grandma! He thought I did a good job selecting this hotel. Fitted our needs exactly. When my grandson had forgotten shaving cream and they gave him some, they really went up in my estimation.”

“Very clean, nice nice rooms, great location to Opry house and downtown. Price was reasonable and great quality.Front desk was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was OK. Would stay again and recommend. My sister and I take a 4-5 day vacation together yearly. Would like to have ventured out into the countryside more, but wee unsure of the area. but we enjoyed downtown, Grand Ole Opry and drove over to Franklin and Goodlettesville. Have a fun/relaxing time.”

Best features: Continental Br4eakfast was great (or you could order breakfast) Luncheon bar open 24/7. 5 minutes from Opryland, many good restaurants nearby, easy access on/off main highway, close to the airport. Hotel shuttle to & from Grand Old Opry and Opryland.”
