“Just a thought-how about some bagels or something for the many marathon runners on race day.”

“The pool was great. My wife's key was bad, but someone was kind enough to let her in. But there was only one real chair in our room. This was a bit of a discomfort. The window was great and the view was great. It was very nicely quiet, no outside noise or neighboring room noise. The food downstairs was good, but a bit outside our budget. It was a short, pleasant walk to Terminal E with other eating opportunities.”

“Was not the best stay. The rooms are poorly insulated, could hear everything in the hall, beside me, an above me, did not help with a good nights sleep. The hotel was also very cold. I could adjust in my room but since I was there for a conference, held in the hotel, it was uncomfortable. Also, the restaurant was unreasonably expensive. $18 for a BLT, not cool.”

“Met all my expectations. Restaurant was very good. Room was clean. It would be perfect,if you had parking.”

“Room clean, but very dated. Little in the way of conveniences except for being right at the airport. Doesn't hold a candle to an average Holiday Inn Express. Save your money, take a cab offsite. Its NOT worth it”

“nothing bad except that tv sound was terribly blurred”

“My husband and I have stayed at the Hilton on numerous occasions and have enjoyed it very much. The shuttles to the airport are timely, the food in the pub is very good, and the rooms are big and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel stay to anyone.”

“Room Service is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Quite offensive!”

“The room has broken clock, hat rack and bathroom magnifying mirror was coming out of the wall. Room was over all clean and smelt fine. I hae been in the service industry for 25 years, having been a chef, and designing and opening The Hawthorn House in Salem MA. Front desk staff excellent. We ate at the Pub, the food was over salted but the waiter was pleasant. ”

“Clean, clean, clean...sort of like location, location, location in the real estate market. The Hilton Boston Logan Airport has comfortable beds;is convenient to the airport; has lots of amenities, on-time,friendly shuttle, pretty good restaurants, on-site parking, and was not outrageously priced. Check on-line for promotions.”

“Excellent stay. All things as I would expect of a hilton on this caliber ”

“Our room was great, We loved the corner window (room 484). We will request this room on our next visit. Thank you so much. We love the Hilton and since I am a member I try to stay at a Hilton wherever we go. It was clean, quiet and the bed was wonderful.”

“Hotel room and front desk were great, as well as shuttle driver, however the restaurant was sub par. It was a Sunday night, and there seemed to be a ample staff as there were only about 22 people in the restaurant, and I counted 6 staff members. We sat at the railing seperating the dining and bar, and it took 10 minutes for the staff to figure out who would wait on us, actually I had to ask the bartenter to get us a server. Service was spotty and slow at best. The check was presented immediatly after the meal, when we told the waiter we were intending to have a few more drinks and watch the football game his body language indicated he was not happy with that situation. Next time we will leave the hotel for dinner.”

“My husband spent a couple of nights at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport just recently and found the service (maid and shuttle), food and the Hotel itself to be great. The location is also excellent. Would certainly recommend to friends and will hopefully get an oppportunity to stay there again.”

“Room adequate, it was only a one night's stay, however. If we were there longer, we would have wanted another chair in the room, as there was only one. Enjoyed listening to the Shuttle driver to the hotel - ”

“I cannot say enough about the fabulous service and positive, delightful and helpful attitude and actions of the staff at this hotel not to mention the beautiful accommodations. This is a fantastic deal for what you get. I'm here on business, and I would stay here on my next non-work vacation in Boston. Thank you Hilton Logan Airport for catering to my every needs with a smile, personality and above an beyond service. You ask for extra sugar--it's to your room in 2 minutes. You ask for a room service tray pickup, they're up in 2 minutes. You ask for room freshener in your room when the cleaning staff comes in, and you have cinnamon scent and extra towels, pillows and a blanket laid out on the bed for you. Thank you to all employees for a wonderful, peaceful, worry-free and relaxing stay in Boston. ”

“This place was fine, but not worthy of 4 stars. It tried on a number of fronts, but always just missed the mark. Its primary virtue is its location near the airport, IF you need to be near the airport. Otherwise, the location is a pain; there's zero nearby, and you have to cross the water to get into Boston. It's better than a Holiday Inn, but nowhere near a Ritz. The check-in staff is so-so, the bell staff is so-so, the convenience store, the food, the linens, the physical structure are all so-so. The rooms are fine, but far from great. We got lucky on our timing and got rooms for about $219, and even then I didn't feel like I got a steal. It depends on your standards. It wasn't a hardship at all, and it looks very nice when you go in. We just kept encountering things that made us say, "They could improve that without much effort." ”

“Service was fine, the room clean and well maintained and the amenities more than adequate. When the TV wouldn't work, a technician came promptly and solved the problem. He was pleasantly upbeat. Service in the restaurant is slow. ”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenience to airport and efficient shuttle make the stay practical and enjoyable.Would have liked more choices for restaurant etc. Overall, a perfect stay for before or after a trip. ”

“It was helpful to come the night before our flight and have a good nights sleep. Thank you”

“2nd time at this hotel and would recommend to others, was a last minute booking so was a little expensive. The room and bathroom very nice and also very clean.”

“Insufficient staff at check-in meant a long wait. Rooms are comfortable but of average quality. Overall a pleasant stay as one would expect of an airport hotel. ”

“The hotel is very convenient in that it is attached to the airport. Also, it has a good restaurant. The lobster roll is amazing. Plus, they have a full bar. The walls are a bit thin but it caters to a business class so this isn't much of an issue.”

“When you are paying a lot of money to stay at a hotel you would expect the internet to be free and not be charged when someone calls your hotel room. Also the bath tube was not clean so I did not feel like having a bath and the tv was not working. To be honest if you are going charge that much money for one night I would expect a WAY better accommodation.”

“After an exhausting overseas trip this was a great fit. It was easy to find, easy to get to, easy to check-in and easy to catch my flight home the next morning. ”

“We stayed at the Hilton Boston Airport a few times before we were to leave for an international trip. The accommodations are great. Clean rooms with beautiful view of the city and airport. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay at the airport. ”
