Tropicana Express is a 3.5-star hotel in Laughlin, Nevada (NV). It is just a few meters away from the banks of the Colorado River.
This beautiful hotel is decorated in railroad and train theme reminiscent of the Old West. It has 24 floors with a total of 1495 rooms in its 2 towers. The 12-story Casino Tower is an adults-only facility. Rooms have climate control, complimentary toiletries, and wired high-speed internet access.
In keeping with the theme, the hotel’s swimming pool is shaped like a locomotive while the spa tub looks like a wheel. The property has a round-the-clock casino. It also features nightly entertainment, 7 restaurants, bar/lounge, currency exchange counter, and a gift shop.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Tropicana very much. The rooms were nice and clean, the cleaning staff went above and beyond our needs and were very friendly. I do not gamble very much because I find it too fast paced and intimidating but in your casino the dealers were all very nice and explained to me and made sure I understood what I was betting. I felt at ease and had so much fun. We are planning to come back in April”

“This is the first time my wife and I stayed at the Tropicana. We are used to staying at casino hotels. Here are my complaints: Coffee served in the main hotel dining roof was not fit to drink. My Dad had a word for it, ditchwater. Upon arriving I asked for the 12th floor as friends were on it. I was told it was a 10 dollar upgrade due to new rugs and funiture. I felt this was a ploy of some sort and later confirmed it when my friends said they were just given that room (at a price less than mine). It might have something to do to the fact they were there 6 days and we only the one. My last complaint was the no Wi-Fi, down for repairs they said. Other than that it was a little run down but clean. I give it a 5 out of 10 and will not stay there again. However, I was very impressed with the waitresses in that same (I think it was called the Dining Car) place. ”

“ have stayed at the Tropicana over the years, but this was a very disappointing stay starting with check-in didn't book the casino tower. when I asked to switch it I was charged an extra $30.00 a night which if when I booked it , the cost was $38.00 I ended up paying 58.00 per night. next the up graded rm was just above the air conditioning units . which part of the time was making a very unpleasant high pitched sound the furniture had tears and stains. except for the lady at the check-in most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will most likely stay at an other hotel the next time we return to Laughlin.. ”

“I last visited your hotel apx 3 years ago. It had just been renovated. The rooms were beautiful. This time, the first room we were put in was a mess. The carpets were stained and wet by the table and window, the furniture was all scrapped up, we felt like we were in a scary movie! While taking a shower the tub filled up with 6 inches of water, it was discusting. While we were in the elevator we heard two other couples complaing about how bad their rooms were. They said they had to complain and were put in a nice room in the casino tower. I too complained and was put in a better room in the promanade tower but on the 23rd floor. It was better but not by much. The rooms need a little more detail paid to the small details too like, better shampoo, lotions, maybe a mint on our pillows?? There was no list of ammenities or services to offer. One thing nice, the beds were awesome and hotel staff was very nice. One more thing, the first night the elevators were out of service. Scary!”

“The room was clean, but not comfortable. We paid extra for a "resort" room, but the pillows were hard as rocks, and the bed wasn't much better. The front desk personnel were not friendly. Housekeeping was friendly and very efficient. Additional deposits were held without us being told in advance about hotel policy. We asked for a receipt when we checked out, and the front desk refused our request. We will not be back to this hotel. ”

“I understand that this hotel is used by alot of people that go to the river. So, I excused the wet towel smell. I don't know if it was the shower curtain that smelled, but I had to spray the room with air freshner to get rid of the smell. Everything else was pretty clean. Expect for I went to get in bed and I noticed a bright red stain on the sheets. I didn't try to figure out what it was I just pulled the other sheet over it.”

“The floor we stayed on (3rd floor) had an odd smell coming off the elevator and all the way down the hall. Our room had the previous guest's snoring mouth piece on the floor next to the bed, and I spotted a small cockroach on the bed. I would have given the place one star but I've stayed at the Colorado Belle and Edgewater...I'll reserve the lowest marks for them. Not a good experience.”

“The breakfast buffet was all processed food, horrible even the fruit was bad. The rooms were noisy. The place needs a face lift badly. The tropicana express train is gone. Never again. ”

“The Tropicana use to be a nice first class casino. Its been 4yrs since being their and its has gone down hill. The air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep and it never got cold,(the adult wing). We switched rooms, same floor same thing. They up graded us to a supposedly better room but it did not have a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, one small bottle of shampoo, for two people. The upgrade was 2 fluffed up pillows and white slip-covers,not much of a upgrade. . The most disturbing thing was the beloved train ride was gone for good. I will not go back. I am upgrading to the Golden nugget. The Tropicana needs an upgrade ,face-life,body-shaping,paint job. ALSO; the buffet was the worst.”

“We stayed four nights at the Tropicana and were in the back tower on the 12th floor. We had no complaints. This is just an ordinary room with no frills. Rooms are quiet and we did not have any hall noise which is very nice surprise. The maid service was excellent (A+++++) and they bent over backwards for us. The A/C units in this tower are very quiet for people who can not stand the A/C noise like us. This tower is also located right off the parking garage which we thought was a plus. For $26.00 a night you take the good & the bad and I rate it excellent. Would we stay again. Yes we would.”

“The MAIN complaint we have is,,,,there was "NO" coffee pot in our room. The second complaint is THEY, the "casino" had their gaming machines tightened down so tight that nobody in our group was able to win anything and THAT is just not our group complaining either. One time I fed a machine, $80.00 and NOT ONE ticket was won to be ABLE to even play back into the machine. Others we talked to said the same thing,,,TIGHT MACHINES. We went to other casinos in Laughlin and were able to win a little which inabled us to play for awhile. ”

“We booked a "Resort" room and were sadly disappointed that it was a below average hotel room. The hair dryer did not work, the clock did not work and there were absolutely no amenities in the room. Not at all what we expected for a "Resort" room. We will not be staying at the Tropicana ever again.”

“Room was clean & comfortable. Easy access from parking to room & casino. Buffet was terrible. Did not go back after first time. Steakhouse was not great, but better than the Italian place. Better quality restaurants would be a plus. Railcar restaurant was pretty good so we ate there the most. Generally staff were friendly & helpful. I probably would stay again.”

“Rooms were clean but plain, no coffee in room, old tv. no hotel info in room. upgraded room but only had upgraded bed all else plain. Italian restaurant had good food. The coffee shop was overpriced and poor quality and small portions. Staff was ok. Overall stay was acceptable but not impressive.”

“Our room was clean.....but begginning to look shabby, the linens were old and we were placed on a low floor overlooking the mechanical fixtures and had to request the bathtub drain be repaired .... which was done promptly. I did not ask to be moved as I am not one to make waves....but next time I would request a room on a higher floor. For the price, it was an ok stay, although I would not recommend their buffet.”

“Even though I cut my hang on the plastic around the door under the TV and the TV kept messing up, the room overall was good for the price. The bell and valet staff were extremely friendly!! When I called housekeeping for extra towels they were there within minutes - bonus as I hate waiting. Other than that, the room served it's purpose - short stay in order to see family in Arizona.”

“The rooms were clean but pillows were horrible. like they were stuffed with straw. also dissapointed in the old tv and lack of channels. I know people come to gamble but is nice to go to the room and relax and watch a little tv.”

“The staff were extremely helpful, especially the bellmen and the valet. Front desk staff were sparse, unhelpful and rarely smiled. misdirections to our room which was inadequate and had to be changed to higher price room. Casino was clean with pretty good fresh air. Slots were so so. Restaurants were fine - Carnegie deli and Italian food was great. ”

“We met some friends and family for a yearly weekend gathering. We all stayed at this hotel. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. A few drawbacks/complaints included the following: (1) Our nephew was restricted from table gaming after winning. We believe they think he counts cards in Blackjack, but he doesn't. He was just lucky and lost his winnings back at other Laughlin casinos. (2) Very limited TV channel selection (3) No non-smoking casino area Because of the above, we will stay at another hotel on our next visit. ”

“It's been 7 years since staying at this property and it hasn't changed at all except the name. The best thing was the bed which has a pillow top mattress. The food was disappointing and the gambling was too. You can't find any "full" pay video poker anywhere at this property. One big kudo is to the crew working the craps table as they were very good and nice which was a pleasant surprise. ”

Two Queens, easy check-in/out, no additional fees/taxes, dining options, live music/dancing, and casino tables/theme slots. Easy walk to other casinos located by the Colorado River, and Jan/Feb temps over the last half dozen visits have ranged around 60*. Welcome and GOOD LUCK!”

“We have stay there many times and got the room from Tropicana this time we were stuck in a room that looked like the fifties the tv was too small the drapes were coming down on the side. The room was 664. The steakhouse was very nice from start to end we will go back. Before we got there we were in Vegas for three days at South Point it was less money and lots nicer.”

“Food in the hotel restaurants was not the best, but there are good ones in the area. I was here 11 days and except for the weekend it was quiet but you do have to keep some noise in the room a fan going works you can hear a lot of hallway noise doors closing and people talking, if you have a noisy neighbor you will hear them. rooms were clean and staff at every level was kind and knowledgeable, My wife did have one complaint she could not come with me and to save money she would phone me, you have to go through the front desk and they made it seem like a chore to have to put her through it made her feel very uncomfortable. ”

“Clean but old. It is not the same place it used to be. Only (2) of the (8) the tower elevators worked when we wanted to leave and when you could get on it was like sardines in a can. Then the elevator stopped at every floor because so many people were trying to get on. My wife was very nervous about the experience.”

“We always stay at the Tropicana when we are in town. The hotel is much nicer than years past, but I still notice one thing that is always overlooked by the maid staff. The bathroom floors are not cleaned clear to the walls. There is always hair and dust left uncleaned around the perimeter of the floor and the base of the toilet. Not noticeable unless you're looking..which I always do. But I like how the bed spreads are covered with a sheet now. ”

“Apparently there are "classic rooms" which is what we were put in - these are the rooms that have not been updated. The carpet is frayed and the shower dripped and toilet ran the entire time. Over all the hotel and casino are very nice and they have pretty good air control of the cigarette smoke which we are very allergic to. We were very surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room. ”

“This was an upgraded Resort Room. Room was clean, but that's all the good I can say. definitely not as pictured or described on internet. Old, not remodled. Tub & shower VERY slippery. Pillows were terrible. No literture of any kind in room except Bible. Not even pen or paper let alone coffee. Staff was friendly. For $40 in Laughlin we expected more! VERY disappointing.”

“We have stayed at the Tropicana Express many times in the past and enjoyed the newly remodeled rooms. However, our last stay was not so good. First, there was a humming noise like the sound of a bathroom vent in one of the surrounding rooms. I did not sleep very well. Second, the drain in the shower drained slow so I was showering in stopped- up water - not good! I was not satisfied this time with our room and I was dissapointed :(”

“Our room was adequate. The desk clerk didnt tell us our room was a 15 min walk from the front desk. The TV in our room didnt work properly and we asked that it be repaired. I pulled a wash cloth from the roll of towels they left on the counter and it was stained. Overall not a very good stay.”

The bathroom tub drain was out and rusted looking. The toilet handle had to be shaken several times to keep the water from continuely running. Deep scratches on the wall and the TV remote did not work properly. ”

“Whenever we are in Laughlin, which is infrequently lately, we prefer to stay at the Tropicana. Parking is convienent, rooms are adequate and the rates are resonable. The only negative on this stop was the bored and dismisive attatude of the clerk, at the reception desk. When we askied direction to the rooht at them she said, as she walked away, something like "around back and you'll find the elevators", not "follow the signes to the parking garage behind the casino and then take the elevator down to the Casino level where you will be directed to the elevators in the tower." In fact, befor we could pick up our keys off the counter the clerk was out of sight. We appreciated the rapid check out via the TV. That particular TV however is apparently nearing its useful life as the picture was a bit fuzzy. But, if and when we return to the area we no doubt will call the Tropicana.”

“We booked the room online & paid extra for the resort room, based on the room amenities listed. We were very disappointed when we checked in,there were no granite counters in the bathroom & the carpet had spots all over, also the TV was regular & not a flat screen like it said online. We were given the last room by the stairs. My daughter, my brother & his family also stayed there & were not happy with their rooms, also not very clean at all. The staff was polite & helpful, the only positive thing about our stay. All of us will not be staying there next time we visit Laughlin. ”

“We got in at four in the morning and were greeted by a very nice staff member. It was great until we got to the room. We had paid the extra for a Resort Room only the room did not have a coffee maker, ice bucket or cups, and the only towels in the bathroom were the face and hand towels. We were too tired to complain and got towels later that morning from the house cleaner on our floor. The beds were comfortable though. Other family members stayed there too and they were not all that happy with the lack of a coffee maker. We'll more than likely stay somewhere else next time we go to Laughlin. ”

“Stayed in an older room. It was clean, bathroom sink backed up just a little. The pillows (as usual) in a less expensive room were horrible. Casino air worked very well and did not smell of a lot of smoke (unless someone was sitting right next to you with a cigarette). Food ok, disappointed Italian & Mexican restaurant not open while we were there. Staff was friendly. Overall an okay experience.”

“I gotta say this hotel stunk. The rooms were dingy and seemed unclean. The hotel isn't even on the river, I guess if your looking for a place to knock out after a hard day on the lake or river than OK but what do you expect for $ 23.00 a night. If your going to Laughlin with your significant other then spend a little more money and have a room by the river. ”

The servers at the casisno are not around. I was at a table for an hour and no cocktail server and I even requested for one! “We arrived late, but was checked in promptly by a polite front desk attendant. Boat parking lot was full, but once we told security, they opened up another lot. Might be good idea for them to occassionally check parking status. Room was nice, maid service was great. Gambling/Entertainment was fun. Casino was clean. Most impressed with the cocktail service. They came around asking frequently not like other hotels. Might need a couple more money change machines. Cashiers were nice and efficient. The gift shops were nice and reasonably priced and pleasant staff. Location of hotel was great. Easy to get to fast food/gas/and river boardwalk. Pool was overcrowded but its summer! I would recommend this hotel.”

“Housekeeping came once for a four night stay. That was to give us towels only. There was no door sign to signal if we needed housekeeping or not to disturb. We spoke to housekeeping, but they didn't speak English. We got stuck in the garage elevator twice. The main elevator, while on it's way up to the 11th floor, all of a sudden stopped and dropped 4 floors in a freefall, (from the 9th to the 5th). We complained to the front desk. They said that we'd get a survey. Well, here it is. My group rented four rooms. We were going back to Laughlin in two weeks with a group of six couples. We booked at The Aquarius!!”

The room next door to us was full of unattended children making noises, jumping on the beds causing bangs to the walls. We reported it to security who promptly put a stop to it. I would have liked in room coffee.”

“The room was nice, the bed very comfortable, if you value a comfortable bed this is the hotel. The hotel and casino were very clean. We only ate in the hotel once and food was ok and price about average for the area. The pool was nice and it was great that they had adult hours in early am and in the pm as well, otherwise the pool too crowded with kids to be enjoyable. There was covered parking which was really nice to have with the heat being what it is there. The only drawback was that some of the staff were not very friendly, they were efficient but too detached. There were a couple of exceptions, the gal by the pool and the parking lot security who helped us find the covered parking. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. ”

“All was good except for lady at the front desk. She started with a poor attitude when we tried to get 2 rooms close together as we had 2 room reservations. She found a way to tell us everything she couldn't do rather that help. After she "went out her way" to get 2 rooms on the same floor but at each end of the wing, we called down to get supervisor help. An older women was more than happy to help resolve our issue. She relocated us on another floor next to each other to resolve. A super job to her!!! Sara needs a huge lesson on customer service. We have been coming here for years, always with great customer service in the past.”

“The hotel is priced very reasonably. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in went smoothly. One downside was that most of the restaurants were closed on Thursday night, limiting our choices. “The room was very nice and the bed was soft, so getting a good night sleep was no problem. Great bars and restaurants with some nice tribute bands playing in town. Having an in-out burger joint right next door nice to have. Great prices and good location makes this place worth it.”

“I enjoyed the rooms although I didn't spend a lot of time in it. The rates were better than the group rates the hotel offered my golf club. I was there for a weekend of golf and golf courses were nice.”

“The Tropicana Hotel in Laughlin is updated, clean, neat and very comfortable. The parking garage is covered, lighted and connected to the hotel so late night arrivals feel safe. It is an all service hotel and the one I prefer most when visiting the area.”

“I have stayed at Tropicana Express several times. The staff was very helpful in getting three rooms on the same floor and close together. The buffet has great food as well as the train diner, I can't remember the name of it. Great spacious RV parking. The only thing that I had a problem with is that the doors in the Resort rooms are very, very heavy and people often slam them early in the morning or late at night, so please, hold on to them.”
Posted by Karen Dotson

“We visited on a Friday night. Rooms were clean, nicely appointed. Staff was very friendly, helpful. The only drawback was the noise. The walls were like paper, we could hear full conversations in the rooms adjacent to ours so we were careful to speak softly. Doors slamming added to the disquiet. Probably best to go on a weekday for more quiet. We will be returning, but will upgrade to a better room. Hopefully it will be quieter.”

“ Check in was fast and location of our room great. Housekeeping had only one face cloth and no foot rug for the shower.left no kleenex. Other than that the room service was ok. Buffet and resturants were very good. Service excellant. ”

“As a former lodging owner I was very disappointed in the room. Everything was set up as cheaply as possible. Not near enough T.V. channels. Room service and bell service was very good.”

“Comfortable beds. Person who checked us in was very helpful.Valet was very helpful.Liked the pool.Pool staff was friendly.Would stay again. ”

“One complaint: The shower head was crusted over with scale and such - yuck! This reduced the water volume when showering. The rest of the bathroom waas great, as was everything else - the beds were very comfortable, the room spacious and it was all very quiet. The young woman who checked us in (whose name I have forgotten) was also very helpful and courteous. Self-parking was also very easy. I will definitely stay at the Trop on future trips to Laughlin, and will recommend you to my friends and family.”

“For the first time in a long time of staying at different hotels I finally found a bed my wife could sleep in as well as myself. It was very comfortable, the room was clean with a nice few of the pool, and it was roomy.Loved our stay and would diffenently recommend to friends.”

“They were not very friendly. Checked in and was told only room available was a handicap room and they asked if that was okay. I said no and they told me that was the only room available with two queen beds, and we checked in early. So I took the room only to go to the room and it was a dirty feeling room. It was wheelchair accessable but needed paint, the walls in the bed area were very dirty and the bathroom gave me a feeling of old and run down. So I immediately called to speak to a supervisor who gave me a new room, room #666. Went to plug in my cell phone in one of only two outlets in the room and it shot sparks out. A little scary there. I have stayed there many times when it was the Ramada, but I do not think I will stay there again.”

“I did NOT encounter even one staff person who was friendly or particularly helpful. They all seemed to have bad attitudes and I was generally an interruption to whatever they were doing. This includes check-in, restaurants, and casino. The hotel was OK, but overall I will not return to Laughlin. The value at locals casinos and restaurants in Henderson is better.”
Posted by Roger Burton

“The room was nice but it was too far away from the casino. One of the days of our stay, there were only 2 working elevators and they had to have a security guard stand watch because of crowders. We did have excellent response from the maintenance staff. Our battery was out in the smoke alarm. We called the front desk and the maintenance man came immediately and replaced it. The room was definately worth the money we paid for it. We ate at the Italian restaurant and the cafe and the food was very good in both places.”

“The room was clean and the service was good. We had some problem with the parking because we were driving an RV. When we checked in we were told to park in the back of the hotel. Security gave us a warning for parking there without a pass. When we checked with security, they referred us to Avis. Finally, Avis gave us a pass to park. The hotel should really review its procedures to make it less of a hassle just to park our RV in their parking lot. Made us feel unappreciated.”

“We were told that the "Resort Rooms" were the upgraded rooms - Ha no way. The beds were nice but that was it. Stains on the carpet and no products in the Bath room. The room was not very clean and had no clock or internet access. Would probably not stay here again. ”

“Free is good thats why we traveled from Cold Ohio. Did not do good on slots so guess it was NOT free. Ha. Check in great. Room could have been cleaner and needed dusting. No shampoos or creams. Did get some but had to ask Housekeeping. NO Coffee Pot. Big dissappointment. A Promotional game "Let's Make A Deal" was going on where you could make alot of money. We attended all the drawings (had to be present) and was upset that the same people were drawn out of thousand and found out they were local people. NOT FAIR Should limit wins so everyone would have chance. Liked all the food. Got very smokey on Thurs. and Friday. Entertainment was good. Will go again if FREE??? ”

“After staying there for years, even when it was the Ramada, I will look else where next trip because card room was moved. Poor shuttle service. Rooms were always comped, but not this year. Could not get into tower room and our room was old and needed updating. Need to hire manager who will listen to consumer. ”

“Accomidations: Room was dated and dirty. Carpet was "Crunchy" and very soiled. The fixtures didn't fit properly and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The blanket was so worn, I wouldn't give it to my dog. I didn't expect much for $13 a night and guess what- I didn't get much! Food: The bar was fun. The buffet was not good at all. The deli was okay. The Coffee place was AWESOME! 5 stars for them! Casino: Only 2 Blackjack Tables were open and both were filled ALL THE TIME. Didn't hear a soul winning on the slots...”

“Checking in was a breeze. The rep was friendly and cheerfull. We were dispointed that there was no coffee pot in the room. Good thing we packed our own!! Not sure if we are going to return after trying to book a room during Bike Week. I don't think guests should be forced to pay twice the amount for the room and required to stay a set amount of days.”

“We stayed in the tower and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Italian restaurant was pretty good but he cafe restaurant was not. We did not eat in the steakhouse. Location and parking were very convenient. I would recommend to others to stay here. The staff were all very friendly. Would have preferred to have complmentary wireless service. Price was very reasonable.”

“I like the hotel, and especially the weekend entertainment. We are not country/western fans so we like the motown music they play. We are late sleepers when we are in laughlin and always have to call to have our room cleaned in the early afternoon. The 1st day, they came. The 2nd day we called and they said they would come clean it, we left to go to the casino and returned that evening to a dirty room. We called again and she said ok, we are on our way, again we left, and they never came. we had to call again just to receive towels.”

“We have stayed at the Tropicana a number of times and even when it was the Ramada. Enjoy our stays. Easy to get around but could do with a little upgrade in SOME rooms. Example: Bathroom mats are a little ragged in both last rooms we have been in. ”

“We enjoyed our stay Good accomidation at a very good price. We didn't like having to show ID when we ate at the buffets as our names were on the card and anyone can get a card with proper ID. When carrying a plate it's hard to handle a purse so my wife generally leaves it in the room so she doesn't have any other ID with her. Also, as she doesn't drive she has to carry her passport. It just wasn't worth it for the little saving you get.”

“Room was clean and comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Check in & out was very smooth. I agree that wireless internet would be a big improvement for business, and even normal, guests.”
Posted by Brower

“The hotel was fine - the price was right - the restaurants were delicious - but I can't stress this enough: they NEED free internet. Laughlin is like an internet-free zone (hello! It's 2011!). The only place I could hangout for free internet was Starbucks in the casino across the highway from Tropicana. While my husband gambled, I might add. Tropicana would have made more money keeping us in their hotel.”

“TE was a fun place to spend a couple of days. The casino and rooms are reasonably kept, but the friendly staff and good food made it a good find for us. Rooms were good but without much for amenities. Since we received such a reasonable rate for the room we would return.”

“It would be nice if you could provide free wireless internet service in your hotel. Many hotels we have stayed in now provide this as a complimentary service. The room we had was very quite. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Not sure why the train isn't running. Th restaurants and the buffet had very good food.”

“Our room smelled musty. The carpet was very stained. There was no coffee pot in the room and they left one small bottle of shampoo. The entire hotel and casino are grossly understaffed. There was a coffee bar by the elevators that was never open! Felt like total neglect. We won't be back.”

“We were checked in by a lady who was terrific! She was very helpful and cheerful. Our room and restroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the air conditioner...it wasn't putting out any air. My boyfriend, who is a certified NATE repairman, took the unit apart and cleaned it; the unit was so clogged up with dust and dirt, there was no was it was going to circulate air. After he cleaned it, it worked great. ”

“The over all experience was good but we were not impressed by the casino staff.I sat for over an hour waiting for someone to respond to a flashing light on the machine I was playing. It was out of paper so could not print a receipt.I asked 3 different people before I got any help. The casino did not seem that busy at the time...............”

“We had reserved two non-smoking rooms with king-size beds, but this information was not relayed to the hotel, who had us in two smoking rooms with a king-size beds. Luckily they were able to put us in a non-smoking room, but we had two queen-size beds as opposed the king. The hotel was fine, clean. The casino was small. I would recommend this hotel to others provided they're not in Laughlin to gamble.”

“We stayed at this hotel February February 12th, 2011. We called 3 times for additional blankets for 2 queen beds, when delivered only 1 blanket. In pulling sheet down and seeing comforter, had blood on it, old hotel, for $40.00 not worth it. Front desk had an attitude when told of compliant. Would not stay here again even if free.”
