Suprised Customer
“We have stayed here often as it is central to everything that we want to do in Spokane. However we were not notified that the Hotel name had changed and that it was under renovation so were a little confused when we drove by and saw that it was now a Comfort Inn. The room we were given was great but the fire alarm went off and left all the guest confused as it was a false alarm. My only comment would be that not all staff were dressed professionaly. I would recommend the hotel as long as the rates remain reasonable. ”

First time at Pheasant Hill Inn
“The hotel is very nice and I was treated well. Only two minor items to mention, there wasn't anything to hang up close on when I first checked. But after I mentioned it to the person at the desk, it was fixed by the time I returned. The second was a puzzle, the bottom two drawers were falsh front, attractive but not very useful Everything else was fine. Enjoyed my stay, would do it again and recommend it to my friends.”

worst stay ever
“This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at when it comes to customer service! The assistant manager treated us like dirt. I have never felt so degraded by another human being. I would get into detail about what he did to me and my husband, but I don't feel that is necessary and is a waste of my time. End story don't stay there unless he is gone!”

Should be called "Pleasant Hill"
“Comfy beds, great staff. Breakfast was adequate. Good Rates for what is offered. They even said I could bring my grandchildren to swim in the pool!”

“Everything was wonderful- clean/quiet/comfortable/ great breakfast....except the "hot tub" was not even nearly warm and the pool was freezing- and we could not use either...that was very disappointing as that was one of our favorite parts of staying away from home for a get-away! Hopefully they will fix both of those issues or we will have to find another "hang out" for our monthly get aways!! Other than the above everything was very nice!”

“Nice staff, clean rooms, ac didn't work but when we reported it it was fixed quickly, pool and spa closed for mech issues, breakfast was nice and good selection, easy parking, clean interior and exterior.”

“Everything about our stay was pleasant. We had one complaint when we first arrived. There was a barking dog in the next room and when we called the front desk about it, it was immediately handled. The breakfast was wholesome and satisfying. The room was clean. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.”

“CLEAN ROOM AND QUIET DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT OVERLOOKS THE 90E HIGHWAY. FRIENDLY STAFF. FRESH BAKED COOKIES WERE LEFT OUT AT DIFFERENT TIMES TO ENJOY. WE ARE LATE SLEEPERS SO DIDN'T GET TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE BREAKFAST.”
