“There was four of us sharing a room. We found it comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the size of the bathroom. There was very little room of the counter for four people. We attended a reception the evening and the staff we very curtious to all. Check in and check out went smooth. I would stay again if in the area. The prices for the restraunts were a little high so we walked over to Carl's Jr.”

“A delayed flight arrival meant a missed connecting flight, so I spent the night at the Hilton, courtesy of an airline. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver efficient, informative and very polite, as were the hotel and restaurant staff. I was well rested for my flight the next morning.”

Any question I asked was answered completely and service was so quick and complete. Shuttle service to and from the LA Airport was so quick and efficient. Thank you for two wonderful nights. The hotel was decorated beautifully with the gorgeous gingerbread house. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.”

First experience of Hilton LAX
“Overall experience was quite good. I just hope that they could raise the mini fridge a bit so that it is easier to open the door. Not thrill with the coffee - too thin. Price for parking is not attractive. We parked elsewhere instead.”

“The front desk staff was eccellent! The room was just average. The kitchen was unable to provide an item on the room service menue. The chocolate mouse cake in the dining room was not very good. The vallet staff lost my vehicle at a critical time forcing me to take a taxi instead, costing me $ and much stress.I would not stay at this hotel in the future.”
