Also, the hotel had fast internet connection, telephone with voicemail, and business services so it is a nice option for both business travelers and tourists.”

“It would be nice if there was a hot tub and the pool was bigger. I didn't care for paying extra for vallet parking. there's nowhere else to park unless you wanna pay outrageous ramp fees. Otherwise my stay was great and the best deal I could find in the area. Walking distance to Cobo Center, GM Ren Center, Ford Field to name a few places. Not many shopping places. Mostly restaurants and entertainment. ”

“I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breaksfast. I would suggest the hours for breakfast be planned earlier than 6:30 am to accomodate guests who have meetings that start earlier. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend to my friends. The staff should also inquire if the guest is a priority club member.”

“The location of this motel in relation to Comerica Park is almost perfect. No worries about parking, the rooms are fantastic, and the pizza in the motel restaurant is killer. We will always stay here when we come to watch the Tigers!”

“I've stayed here before and hope to stay here again. It's convenient to the ballpark and the peoplemover. One staff member even recognized me, though my stays haven't been that frequent. I love the restaurant/bar in the building, and the hotel breakfast is better than most I've had. I didn't use the pool or the laundry this time, but I have in the past. The room itself was clean and very comfortable.”

“I was extremely happy with our stay. We were staying here for the night of a concert. They let us valet our car so we could tailgate before our room was ready. The room was ready 2 hours before check in time. It was quick walk to Ford Field. The thing that surprised me most was that when checking out I then realized how many big events that were booked at the hotel that weekend and I never noticed a lacking in the service. The room was very clean and quiet. ”

“I enjoyed the appearance of my room. However, I was displeased to find there was no waste baskets or ice container (just the lid for it). I also was displeased to first walk into the room and see clean trash bags through out the room including the bathroom. The gentleman that checked me in and out was very professional and courteous towards me. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. It wasn't stocked full even at the beginning of breakfast. Also, they re-used the sausage gravy from the previous day. The bananas very either overly ripe or not ripe enough. I would have liked to have seen larger variety of fruit choices than just one; also, to see fresh breakfast foods the next morning. A handle rail in one of the elevators were broken. The overall hotel itself was very clean. I was extremely upset that I had to wait an hour to be picked up. The driver claimed he knew where I was. Also, a front desk clerk became snoty saying it was my fault when clearly I had been outside the building waitiing the entire time for the shuttle. It wasn't until I arrived home that I found a 3" crack in my front bumper after my vehicle had been sitting in their garage for three (3) days. Unfortunately, I had more negatives than positives during my stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of finding a good accomodation price.”
