Very inviting hotel

“Staff were warm and friendly, room was clean and offered great views of the Charles River, restaurants were outstanding and, as a bonus, the Boston Bruins rally ended just outside our door on Saturday. Loved it. We will definitely be back again.”

Hotel Review
“Overall, very hospitable, clean and service-oriented. However,the air conditioning unit in our hotel room was malfunctioning and despite running on high at the lowest setting possible, the room never got under 75 degrees. An engineer was sent in, reassured me he had done something centrally to correct the unit, and then repositioned the venting slats. That didn't work. We were quickly transferred to another room when we requested it. However, that room's air conditioning was also not functioning. Same room temperature of 75 degrees during a humid spell. Other than that, the room was fine. There was no call to our second room to request whether we were settled in or comfortable. No follow-up. ”
