“When we were't waiting for the rain to stop we were waiting for a minimal amout of service. We felt as if we weren't wanted by the service staff. Any resort that we have stayed at you could almost become annoyed with the staff to just let you be and let you come to them when you wanted to take part in an activity. At this resort you did not need to worry about that. We couldn't for the life of us find excursions, sailing cruises, snorkeling, anything. I wouldn't have chosen this resort if I wanted to go away to relax with no assisstance. But the fact is we needed the services of the staff and those were not nearly available for us as we had assumed.”

Expensive But Nice
“Drinks are all much too expensive, this goes for food there as well. Do have to add that the hotel was very nice and clean and the people were very helpful there. ”

We will miss it
“We stayed here from Friday 12/28/12-1/1/13. The beach was well kept and in the backyard. The New Years Dinner was excellent. The help was very friendly and courteous. The casino was fun and there was plenty of people winning. We came back to 29 degrees in Boston and a yard full of snow. We will definitely miss our friends at the Marriot in San Juan, PR.”
