“we arrived around 4:00 and noticed construction, as we had to enter on a side entrance. My husband takes medication that results in many trips to the "loo". While checking in he had to find a bathroom... nothing on the floor... so he went down the hall and followed the signs and arrow to " down stairs "... only to find drywall and the floor torn up and not able to get to the bathroom... result: had to find a very large bush outside !!! now how is that for finding welcome and comfort??? not very ! ”

“This was the first time my husband and I had stayed at Sheraton. We were amazed at the size of the pool and the jacuzzi. The outdoor fire pits are also great. Very family friendly! The room was very clean and comfy. The only draw back for me was the level of service at the bar/restaurant the service was slow after we recieved our food our waitress didn't come back. I also do not like the idea of having to pay to park. At check out we were not sure as to how to get our car out of the parking lot since we had pre paid for parking. The lady at the desk told us to ask the valet,We stood outside for at least 5 minutes and no one asked if we needed help.There were two valets working that were assisting another couple. It would be nice if someone at least acknowledged that you might need help.I would definetly stay there again.”

“I was in a room that regularly smelled of my neighbors cigarette smoking from the balcony. I began calling security at 5pm and after 6 calls,I received a call from security at 11:30 pm. when I followed up with management, security listed it as a noise call. The smoking continued and I suffered for two days with burning eyes and nose. Beautiful view, but front desk and security lacking.”

“This is my third stay in Sheraton, San Diego. The Bay Tower views are simply beautiful. Never had any issues with room service. The restaurant/cafe menu needs some update. The only disappointment I had was a network connections: expensive and not effective.”

“room service was awful there was no towels we had to use our old ones. when we got there we must wait to check in it was only one worker and there was a big line. the rooms were small though it was premium package with two beds.”

“This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I have ever had. The room was gorgeous, and the view was unbelievable. Additionally the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Our travel experience was horrid. Upon checking in and going to find our room, we were asked about how our trip was going so far by a staff member. We filled him in about our horrendous flights etc while he showed us where our room was. After briefly settling in we went out for a few hours. Upon returning there was a tray in our room with complimentary sodas, candies, and chips with a note stating that they hoped this would help to make our stay a little better. It turns out that the staff member we had spoken to was the Food & Beverage Manager. He really went above and beyond to try and make up for things that were not even the hotels fault. I will always remember this guy and the hospitality of the Sheraton in San Diego.”

“I really enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. The view location and amenities were excellent, however it is a shame one person can take away from a positive experience. While everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful the night valet guy was extremely rude on more than one occasion, both leaving and returning to the valet. he ignored us for quite a while when we were standing right I front of him and when he finally paid attention to us he seemed mad and acted like he didn't want to deal with us. And this was both coming and going. It's a shame one person can ruin an otherwise great experience. ”

“ This Hotel was Amazing !We stayed for a week.Everthing we needed was delivered with a smile.The view of the Marina and boats was Spectacular...could not wait to wake up and look at that view.We ordered Breakfast in bed several times and it was perfect.The starbucks downstairs was a major bonus ,we had it every single day.The Bar downstairs overlooks the pool and service and drinks were great.We had dinner with our family in the Beautifull Resturant,the Steaks were Fabulous service was professional and prompt.We rented bikes at the spa and rode to Seaport village.We also hit up to the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park,Belmont park at mission beach and did some boogie boarding,Lajolla and saw tons of seals on the rocks just hanging out,Coronado , little Italy for dinner,Pacific beach and Old Town. Spent the rest of the time at the Gorgeous pool....ahhhhhh we loved the pool and drinks delivered from the bar or just hopped up the stairs and grabbed one with lunch.It was so nice to come back to a cleaned up room with fresh sheets,coffee,towels everyday.I just cant say enough good things about our trip.Concierge got us set up with a convertible, which my husband was very sad to return.he loved that car..haha ..front desk was polite and efficient..bar and resturant staff was fun and happy.Housekeeping was thorough and accomodating. we went all out on this once in a lifetime vacation ...We are not wealthy by any means but everybody at this Hotel made It worth every penny.I will cherish this Amazing week forever ! Thank You to Every single helpfull smiling face :) hope to see you again one day.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the view of the marina. My thanks to gentleman and the staff for their help. I lost my driver's license and two days later I realized it was missing. I phoned the hotel and left a message with lost and found to return my call. My call was promptly returned and I was told my license was there. He said he would send it overnight to my son's house which he did. It arrived at 10:30am via FedEx. I am so grateful, it allowed the remaining days of my trip to be hassle free, expecially my flight home on two different flights. I will always remember the kindness shown me and I will stay in the Sheridan on any future visits to your city. Thanks again, ”

“Recently stayed at Sheraton Harbor Island for a convention held at hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and always had a "can-do" attitude that was refreshing. Room was comfortable and clean. “I was extremely disappointed in this location. Whatever money that was spent on remodeling was spent on the Lobby area... The rooms were more like a Howard Johnsons than other Starwood Hotels. I requested a Bay or Marina view and received the Marina view. The View I got was of the Pool and about 15 parked boats, in other words I got a view of a Boat Parking lot.”

“What a lovely place. I could easily imagine being in the carribean with the blue waters and swaying palm trees. I was happy just being in my room with the breezes blowing through my open patio doors overlooking the pool and bay. The staff were exceptional. The food was excellent. I could ask for nothing more. ”
