About Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
The Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa is a three-star hotel in Alberta, Canada that is located just a stone’s throw away from Downtown Banff. Among the regional points of interests near the hotel include the Sulphur Mountain Gondola, Upper Hot Springs and Banff Park Museum.

Dugan reservation
“The hotel staff were very friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the room. We found it very small and the bathroom had a very strange design. If I were a large person I would not have been able to sit on the john . It was like the toilet was an afterthought. The carprt needed replacing but asisde from that we had a great time in Banff.Would i stay there again? Possibly but I would want to see the room first. ”

Surpriseing
“We have stayed here before and really liked it. This time we were very dismayed that there were literally NO movie channels, either free or for purchase on the TV. One had to go to the front desk to get a DVD player and then hook it up. When I inquired what DVD's they had the reply was none ... you have to go to the local grocery store and rent them from a machine. Unheard of in any hotel let alone one of this calibre. Other than that the hotel is very clean, modern and staff professional and friendly.”

“Our room was uncomfortably small and hot, no air conditioning! On the plus side, it was clean and the beds were comfy. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly restaurant staff at the breakfast buffet, however the breakfast was terribly expensive.”

“our first room had a view of the dumpster - they did move us to a better room for the following 2 nites. Room was very warm with little vetilation - hallways were very noisy in the evenings - we were next to the ice makes. It was also very noisy outside of hotel for sleeping - people talking, dogs barking, auto/bus noisy - would not stay again at this hotel - for the price and what we had.”
