“This is our second time in Bellevue but first in this hotel. I commend the hotel’s customer service because, first of all, booking was very easy. Second, we had arrived early but the staff easily checked us in. Also, they never complained when they had difficulty communicating with us as both me and my wife are already a little hard at hearing.”

“The stay in the room was fine. We were near the elevator and heard the elevator go up and down. The desk clerk was not particularly pleasant when I went to check out at 6:00 am but he did show up and I did not have to wait too long. There was a fruit fly hanging around the continental breakfast. The coffee was not set up and it was after 6:00 a.m.”

They remembered to call for my taxi, but forgot to do my wake up call Cleanliness: very good....except I found a spider roaming around when I woke up in the morning which was a bit unsettling. Comfort: I stayed in a single room with a queen sized bed. the room was comfortable and the bed was satisfactory . The mattress was a lot more bouncy than I would have liked but slept fine overall. Closing Remarks: It's a nice hotel with nice staff. They also had a Denny's near by which was great because it was within walking distance. ”

“For the price, I was not impressed with the space and the bathroom was so tiny and noisy. I asked the front desk clerk for extra conditioner, she said no, there was plenty in the room. Fact is it is a combo shampoo/conditioner, I have really long hair and need conditioner. Breakfast horrible.”

“When we first walked into the main enterance of the hotel it smelt like the smoking room. The concrete ashtray was a mound of cigerate butts. The smoking area should be completely relocated into a sitdown "hut" and away from the main enterance. I also thought the hotel could use a little makeover and carpets cleaned. Staff was helpful. The free breakfast needed more than one person working.”

“The Coast Bellevue Hotel was great, and the breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. However, the hotel really needs to have hair dryers in the rooms. I had thought this was standard and was annoyed to find that they did not have them.”

Gave us directions on taking public transit into Seattle, really the best way to travel, cheap and hassle free. they also directed us to a very lovely Italian resteraunt where we had a wonderful evening and enjoyable meal. We couldn't have asked for nicer folks to help us out. May our stay so much better.”

“I was expecting the Coast Bellevue to be up to the normal standards that I have come to expect from the Coast in markets like Vancouver and Victoria. But this one was very disappointing. The price was great, and that should have been my first clue I suppose. Their own rating as a 3 start is being overly generous The rooms were dirty, and they smelled terribly of what must have been layers and layers of room deodorizer. I suppose to mask other smells that I don't care to know about. I'll spend the extra money and stay elsehwere next time. ”

“We had recently took a vacation trip and booked various 3-star hotels through Priceline and were very disappointed with the Coast Bellevue. The room we were given was small and the hotel in general was not up to par with other 3-star hotels we stayed at. ”

“The rooms are adequate, and clean. The beds were fairly new, and slept great. The pool area was a little noisy due to it's proximity to I-405. The employees were friendly. But, some of them weren't very familiar with the surrounding area. Overall it was a good value for the money. Would stay there again, if the need arose.”

“The hotel was reasonably clean and well cared for. A minor problem with the door stop was fixed within a couple of hours. Desk staff was helpful in recommending restaurants. Breakfast was adequate. Received a free upgrade when the room type we originally requested were all booked. All in all, a nice place to stay; would recommend. ”

“There were no reviews for us to go on, so it was a gamble. But this hotel exceeded my expectations, in the room quality and the staff. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast (we went to Denny's) or use any facility whatsoever, so you'll have to judge that for yourself. Overall I think this is a good place to stay and have no complaints whatsoever.”

“I booked one room with 2 beds. When I checked into the hotel they told me they had no rooms left with 2 beds. I was staying at the hotel with a friend and for that reason had selected 2 beds. I was very disappointed that they could not accommodate my friend and I as I had requested. She did then take another look and gave me a room with 2 beds. BUT.. The room was nice.. I was happy with the room. The next morning we went to the restaurant for the complimentary continental breakfast. The offerings were pretty small... but I understand, complimentary and continental. But.. the restaurant was filthy. There was food and garbage on every table and on the floor and even partially eaten food and used empty plates etc. on the food buffet tables. We went down at 8:45am and most everything was depleted.. but it was the mess that really turned us off. I stay frequently at the Coast Airport and was surprised by what I experienced at this Coast hotel. ”

“At the last minute I booked the room for one night to avoid the early morning commute for a class the next day. The desk staff person greeted me and remembered my booking. Room was clean and comfortable-bed was fabulous. Great last minute special given Seattle'e pricey hotel rooms. I would definitely stay again-so convenient off the freeway too.”
