“I'm not really sure where to start. I was very upset about our resent stay at your hotel at 702 W. Appleway Coeus D'Lene. We travel a lot with our sports team. I have never been to a hotel with more issues than this one. I can't tell you how upset I am. I will start off with our check in. We went to check in on July 17th. When I get to the front of the line I give her my name & conf # that was given to me. They couldn't find our reservation and said we don't have anything for you. I said our whole team is staying here.She called down what must of been the manager on duty. It took almost 45 mins at the counter to get a room. After that was over and we got a room. We got in there. It smelled like an ash tray. We don't smoke & had our 3 kids with us with couldn't stand the smell either. Had we not been staying with the team we would of left and found another hotel. We stayed in room 305. We pulled out the pullout bed. There was no linings to put on the bed. I called down to the front desk. No answer. So I went down to go to the front desk and found a women cleaning a room a few down from ours. She was very nice and helpful. She went down and go sheets for us. The pullout is broke on the bottom bar. It's missing springs so the mattress was flopping down. I took a spring from the right side and moved it to the left side to help the mattress stay up. When we woke up my husband took my kids down for breakfast. You were out of cream cheese and boiled eggs where sour. I was thinking to myself how many things can go wrong with this stay. Really. This shouldn't happen. I can't believe it. I got in the shower and saw these red bumps that were on my legs. I had no idea what they were. Woke up Friday morning and had a few more. We asked for more towels and gave our dirty ones to the maid cleaning. She said we don't have any clean towels because most people take them. Try checking back at the end of the day. When we got back from the ball games we did have 2 clean towels in our room. Went to the game on Sunday I had even more bites. Found out they were bed bugs. I couldn't believe it. We had already checked out first thing Sunday morning or I would of marched right down to the front desk to have all of these issues taken care of then. Really again something not what it should be. I wanted to call the managers & let them know about all of these issues. I'm hoping that no one else is staying in room 305 before it gets taken care of. Also when you are in there the phone jack that's on the wall next to the toilet that is stained and I have never been so disappointment in a hotel. There is no way that I will stay with all of these issues. I'm shocked they are able to keep having customers stay there with these issues. Also having the employees sit on the sidewalk right in front of the entrance isn't a good look for your hotel. Will never stay here EVER.... ”Posted by Adams
“Help was very friendly, the maids and the front desk were all gregarious and congenial. Facilities were lackluster. Pool was grungy (and constantly out of towels), hallways stank of mildew. Room was spacious and serviceable. Elevators were terrible. Took over three minutes to get an elevator, consistently. Breakfast was great because of the "make your own waffles". The rest was standard fare. Decent enough. Nothing I'd highly recommend, but wouldn't persuade others to avoid either. ”Posted by Tim

“The front desk staff couldn't find my reservation and made me wait while he attempted to call corporate to confirm that I was supposed to have a room since they were booked solid. It turns out my name was on a printout right in front of him so I was stressed out needlessly. The keycards had been printed out backward so you had to ignore the arrows and slide the cards backward. Even then, multiple attempts had to be made every time I tried to open the exterior door AND my room's door. Given that there was a rainstorm in full fury going on while I was trying to get my luggage from my car to my room, I was NOT happy. The room was large, clean, and comfortable (the microwave, mini sink, and fridge were a wonderful bonus!) but for some inexplicable reason they decided that it was a good idea to have the large, heavy desk/television stand positioned to the far right of the bed. I couldn't comfortably watch television, even when I was on the furthest right corner of the bed due to the location of the set.”Posted by Monica E Barry
