“I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. She's got great taste. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, and very quiet. The service was good and the food at the restaurant was delicious.”

“I was attending a conference in Edmonton and my secretary booked me here. It was actually a good pick – the room had an iPod docking station, telephone, mini fridge, and a large bed with triple sheeting.”

“In order to accommodate an extra guest, the hotel upgraded our reservation to a suite at no additional charge. We did have to pay $23/day parking for our truck, which was an outrageous price. The suite was nice, altho' the decor was more trendy, the lack of warm colors definitely did not add to the ambience. We dined at Coco's Restaurant and it was adequate. Being located at the Mall was a pleasant experience.”

“Pay for parking is a pain. Would be nice to have that covered. Rooms are very large, we were upgraded with out asking friendly staff. Booked on line and saved $60 per night. ”

“The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very nice. Unfortunately the person staying in the room before us had smoked. This was evident in the bathroom & living room. The cleaning staff had sprayed deodorizer to mask the smell which only exacerbated the problem. The deodorizer was quite an over powering smell. Combined together, the smell of the room impacted our stay in a very negative manner. There apparently was no other room to move to & no other accommodation/compensation was offered by the hotel”

“The room was great! Clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating.the only down thing is that although the hotel and room was awesome, some of it still needed updating. The bathtub was in rough shape and the bedroom part really needs a dresser and flat screen tv to open up the room more. We stayed there before and will stay again! Thank you ”

“We were upgraded to a better room without asking. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the decore was fairly updated. The location is excellent for shopping, movies, and restaurants. The steam roo and hot tub were a nice way to relax in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area.”

“We have stayed at the Delta several times in the past and on two separate occasions prior to Christmas. During our last visit were were upgraded to a better room without even asking. We find the staff extremely amicable and approachable . We rarely stay elsewhere when in Edmonton which is often at present as we are working in the NT and our children are in Fort Mcmurray. There is also great shopping and dining and you can do it all without venturing out in the cold Edmonton air.”

“We had a bad experience related to noise complaints against other guests. We were woken up repeatedly and then laughed at by the front desk when we called to complain about the noise at midnight”

“While the location of the hotel is convenient,and the staff very helpful, this property is in need of an upgrade. A hotel room that has no window to the outside is depressing. A hotel that is "going green" should not offer a jacuzzi that requires intensive care and strong cleaning agents for proper maintenance. The value offered by this hotel does not justify the room rate that I had to pay.”

“My boyfriend and I sayed in room 641 for one night for a wedding. It was a very nice room, good size and the view of the mall was very cool. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and had us checked in very quickly even though we were early for actual check-in time. I have stayed at a Delta before and have had similar treatment. I would recommend this hotel to others for sure. ”

“The staff was courteous and efficient. The front desk people were very helpful everytime we asked for directions. They upgraded our room without us asking. We did find the room cold, and though we turned up the heat, it didn't get much warmer. It was a convenient location.”

“Although this hotel is centrally located, it is getting old and could definitely use an update. Our room seemed clean but the carpet had an odour and it smelled of mildew. The carpet did not look clean. The pull out bed had an old mattress that had seen better days. Not a comfortable sleep at all on that pull out. The cost of parking should be mentioned in the price of the hotel because for the extra 20.00 per night fee we could have stayed somewhere much nicer. I do not think I would stay there again.”

“The front staff were excellent, the room was great close to the saturday market, the Taste of Edmonton, close to the LRT for the football game. I stay there everytime I am in Edmonton. Watch for the room prices to come down then book it....Gerry”

“Room was OK,Staff was good (very Pleasant). For the price it should have been better. I would not recommend this hotel I've stayed in nicer cheaper, I'm still looking for one in Edmonton to stay at that I really like. I go about 3-4 times a year. ”

“Hotel Lobby and public area were nice and modern. Location was wonderful and staff were excellent. My upgraded suite however was way below standards, couch was ripped, carpet was ripped and coming up in places. TV only received 20 some channels, sitting room was tiny and awkward, No area to do business, Fridge was barely below room temp. Overall this room would have not been worth half of what I paid. ”

“The staff were wonderful. The room was clean. The bed was luxurious. Great location right in the mall! The hotel restaurant was a little disappointing but there are other restaurants in the mall to eat. We will definately stay there again.”
