“I understand that there are a lot of other Sheraton hotels all over the country, but my experience was a first for me. The rooms were rather big and the bed I had was also very comfortable. What I liked the most was the fact that I had a nice bathroom that was very luxurious and had amenities that I needed.” – Albert
“Well we just checked in today we booked a room with king bed and a hot tub I love it the only thing is that we booked this room for 3 nights and when we arrived the girl at the front desk said we had to move to a king jr suite the third night I couldn't believe it I believe they just want to make more money on this room cause we recieved a special rate! Impressive Chattanooga hotel

“A beautiful, clean, vintage americana hotel, whose management and staff serve to please you. Front Office Mgr. welcomed us as family, not guests. Gen. “Outstanding in all aspects except for parking. Need ability to self park. Some people do not want Valets driving or parking their cars. Starbucks in Lobby was really convenient. Will be back again when travel to Chattanooga.”

“For the money, the room was very small. $16.00 daily for parking was rediculous. If I'm staying at your Hotel I would expect the parking to be complimentary.”

“Great hotel with a true Southern charm rich in history, warm and friendly staff from valet to front desk. State of the art fitness center and relaxing heated pool. Hotel offers a beautiful ballroom perfect for corporate meetings or social events such as weddings. Hotel is very close distance to local sites. I highly recommend this hotel for individual or group travel. ”
