“When we stayed in Rennaisance, we didn’t rent a car but the staffs are nice enough to give us valuable tips on where to ride in and where to stop. The hotel rooms my friends and I occupied are clean. We’re so comfortable in there. We can see the Hollywood sign from our window.”

“The hotel and room were great. Stayed there last year, but it appears with new ownership there are more additional fees for various things, including making the reservation. Don't like to pay all these extra fees.”

“My companion's wallet was stolen while we were briefly parked outside while checking in . The assistant manager was not helpful at all in dealing with with this difficult problem. The valet told us not lock the car. We were very disappointed. ”

“Staff was helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay very much and hope to return in the future. Loved the view. I didn't have time for a sit down meal so I was surprised that the food choices in the mall were not as "healthy" as I might have expected. (Some restaurants smelled greasy.) It would have been nice to find a juice bar or vegetarian choice. I was tickled at the $6.50 water offered in the room. I didn't get it. Otherwise everything was nice. Thank you.”

“To answer your questions, I did enjoy the room, the staff were extremely helpful and everything was clean. However most of the digital TV channels did not work and the bedside lamps were so dim it was impossible to read in bed.”

“room wasn't ready at 1PM, 2PM or 3:30PM every time we checked. On the last time we demanded to have a room and they finally found something for us and comp'ed our valet parking which i thought made up for the hassle.”

Your valet parking staff is polite and efficient, your reservation desk friendly and helpful, our bellman was very helpful recommending a place to eat when we arrived, your restaurant food was delicious, our room was spotless. We would highly recommend your hotel to anyone!”

“Daughter's coat was stolen from the cloak room. Staff could not have cared less. Gave us the run around, cost us a fortune in phone calls, never returned our calls and management couldn't be contacted. Staff very gracious when you are handing out tips, but don't mistake that for the genuine thing.”

“The Renaissance was an absolute pleasure. I had a big event to do the morning after I arrived. I need two bell carts to gat everything to my room. Every staff member I encountered was kind and pleasant and happy to assist. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I didn't want to leave. I hope to be back again soon. If you need a large hotel room ask for #1201 it has two king size beds and view of the Hollywood sign. ”
