“hottest summer on record--no air in room--we asked for a fan but were told they'd been given out already. next day we bought a fan and by evening's return --still no air--maintenance man couldn't fix and brought us a fan--we asked to be given another room and had to pack and move at midnight!! PS--we were travelling with a child and also an adult that was on a oxygen concentrator!! would never stay there again”
