“Was so happy with everything from the front desk staff to the rooms. So much so that I worry about telling too many people and never being able to get a reservation; especially as a group who books individually. Was brought a cot that was far better than I had expected and thankfully as I let the kids have the beds. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating as we had multiple rooms, needed a new key and were just generally helpful and pleasant. I used the business centre that was invaluable to print out google maps as well(and was surprised not to have to pay). The pool wasn't large but the kids only had time for it one night anyhow and had fun and loved the hot tub; thanks for the abundance of chairs. Very much appreciate that the hotel staff allowed the kids to gather in the semi remote area of the lobby to meet up for several hours at night. The chocolates were divine and because they were wine flavored none of the kids wanted them which worked for me. Great job HGI West Ed. We have family in Edmonton but this was an affordable treat to stay with you.”

“The one bedroom suite was very nice. We enjoyed the sitting area with the fireplace and flat screen tv. The bedroom was comfortable with its fireplace and duvet on the bed. It was nice to have a full bathroom as well as a 2-piece bathroom. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.”
