“Went to Jax with the car club to visit a local car museum. We didn't pick a 5 star hotel so I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience and there were no complaints from anyone in the club. Didn't realize my roommate had hung some of my stuff in the closet so I drove off without it. Hotel staff VERY HAPPILY retrieved it from the room so a friend could pick up and ship to me. Thanx again!”

“Linens dirty (crusty junk on sheets), coffee maker missing, had to leave as I could not stay in such situation. Shortly will be Holiday Inn Express I was told by manager. Maybe they can keep their word and know how to treat a consumer.”

“It's a former Comfort Inn. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked, as did the cable t.v. and a/c. The front desk was helpful and had positive attitudes. The street to the entrance is easy to miss. Will probably stay there again the next time I'm in Jacksonville. Great Value!”

“Had a great stay at St. John's. Upon checking in there were some things needing attention in the room - such as burned out bulb, no ironing board and the sink stopper out. They fixed everything in quick order. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the area for breakfast was very comfortable. Used the fitness room. Everyone was friendly and helpful - except the breakfast hostess. Food ran out and she was slow to get things replenished. Otherwise our time there was great -will return to this location.”

“This Hotel is not for the Business person at all first I asked for non smoking room which smoked in heavy The televisions are very outdated. They also advertise High Speed Internet which is not even close Changed rooms twice the rooms need a Face Lift was not satisfied at all with this place.”

“Met the manager and he was wonderful. The front desk early morning staff needed some social skills improved. When I checked out I let them know that the toliet needed repairs. It would not stop running, I fixed it temp each time I used it. The response was "Oh, okay" The afternoon desk clerk was who inspired me to book my reservation when I called. She was very nice and helpful on the telephone before my arrival and during my stay.”
