“Check in: POOR. Staff did not tell us anything that would make our stay better. Construction noise and no place to sit in lobby. AC very noisy. Room clean but the hallways and common areas disgusting. Has anyone looked at the inside of the elevator? Never had such a poor experience from a Garden Inn. Would not trust that pool is "safe".”

“Stayed here 2 years ago and had a great experience. Last year, no availability so had to stay elsewhere. WHAT A DISASTER!! Went through 2 hotels last year until we found an O.K. one. This year stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Seaworld again. Great stay once again. Clean rooms. Micro and mini-fridge every room. Very nice staff. We always know what we will get here and are pleased. Very close to Universal Studios, too. Close to everything but just far enough to avoid the Int'l Drive traffic if you want. I would definately stay here again and plan to next summer vacation. After multiple excellent stays here, why would we go anywhere else!!”

“This was the 1st trip that I had been able to take my Mom and my 2 girls on. It was a long 8 hr drive but worth it!! My kids saw the hotel and said this is the best hotel and its so pretty and BIG!! I had already booked the hotel a few weeks ago and when I went to go check in it was a breeze. The lady at the desk was very friendly, smiling and even asked were we had travel from. It was really nice of her to ask. People come in and out of hotels all the time but the Hilton wants to know a little bit about the people staying with them. 2 thumbs up to lady that checked us in!!! The room was very nice and clean! It even had a body pillow on each bed! I have never seen that before! Everyday when we were at Sea World or Aquatica we were exhausted by the time we returned to the hotel room. The room was always in excellent condition once we returned. Fresh coffee, made beds, fresh towels and always smelled clean. Room service was also wonderful. The food was always yummy. The pool at the hotel was something my kids looked foward to diving in. My kids thought that the towels down by the pool, for the guest, was really sweet of the hotel. The one and ONLY thing I had a little trouble with was the pillows. They are nice and fluffy but once you lay on them they become very flat under your head and puff up around your face. We are already planning our family trip next year and I will be making more reservations with the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando! ”

“The hotel offered a spacious room, impeccably clean, with a wonderful, polite staff - from the reception to the housekeeping staff to the groundskeeper. Super convenient to Sea World and Discovery Cove. Free Trolley system stops right in front of the hotel and takes you up and down International Drive where you can find just about any type of restaurant that you may desire. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave so you can prepare simple meals in the room if that is more convenient - and definitely more cost-effective! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!”
