Not at all what I expected
“Friends of mine took a long weekend staying at your hotel. I travelled all the way from Philadelphia to join them for one night. They met me in the parking lot before I went to my room. I went to their room for a beverage and to say Hi to the rest of the crew. They had a very nice room with nice looking furniture and a clean bathroom. I then went to my room and what a drastic difference. My room was not what I expected. The room looked old and worn. It had out of date furniture and very drape materials. The bathroom also looked old and so it did not look as clean as it should have been. I spent most of my evening with my friends in their room ”

“My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for years and yes I do like the location and the staff has been very nice in the past but this weekend we came and since the hotel is getting bigger and not better they put us in the West wing and no one ever came near us and the beds were the WORST I have ever encountered. You will not see us again .”

“Although the staff was nice the rooms were not clean. the first thing i noticed when we entered our room was how dirty the mattresses were. Our room was not cleaned everyday. i was very disappointed in our stay because of how dirty the room was.”

“My wife and I have been coming to sea bay hotel since 2010. our bathroom sink was clogged, and so was the bathtub and there was a small blood stain on the back of our blanket. I called front desk and they took care of it right away. We understand people make mistakes. We'll give it another try.”

Memorial Weekend
“I stay here every Memorial weekend to start off the summer. I always find my room to be very clean and tiddy. Everyone who works there are always very pleasant and friendly. I would always recommend to my friends. The rates are always reasonable as well.”

We love the Seabay
“We have been coming to the Seabay for the last 5 years and we love it. It is so convenient. The rooms are very clean. The pool is great and it is very nice to be right at the bus stop. This will continue to be our go to place in Ocean City. ”

“my wife and I went to the seabay hotel and stayed on the 4th floor corner room we had a king bed and the room was extremely clean as well as the bathroom , we stayed in may of this year 2012 , all the staff was soo very nice and helpful , especially the house keepers!! I am going back in July of this year again with my family and i am hopeful we will have a wonderful time thank you sea bay for making our stay very pleasant, and enjoyable ”

“Rooms had an odor. Bathrooms need to be updated since the tubs are for todlers and there was no hot water on the 4th floor. ”

“Satisfactory, however; the front desk clerk was rather mechanical in her greetings at check in. She could use a little more friendly welcoming. The rooms were fine but perhaps ice machines on our floor would have helped.”
