“Queen beds are not normal size. They are full. To have to pay to use the swimming pool was ridicules.”

Christmas getaway
“I think it is really stupid to charge your guests to use the pool. I also am waiting for you to take the 100 $ for possibilities off my credit card.. We did visit the pool once. I have been at 5 star hotels around the world, but will not be coming back your hotel. We booked for two queen size beds, my husband is 6"5 and my two sons with us are over 6 ft. We didn't sleep well. My husband asked why the beds were the size of a full yet booked as a queen. Your reply, " that is our queen". Never again.”

Loved it!
“At first struck us as very formal (and we are used to posh places) and busy. At first, couldn't find pools, business center, shops due to the long corridors. Never discovered the Gibson Girl lounge until it was time to go. Still, probably the very best hotel in SLC. Delicious food in all venues. We came for a special occasion--my son's birthday, and we'll return next year.”
