“The bed was to soft and the cover was way to much. The room was very nice and clean Wished there was an ice machine closer to room 1003 I want the same room in July close to the convention rooms ”

Hadn't been away in a long time.
“This was a very relaxing time. We only left the room for about 3 hours. The room was clean, the beds and pillow were wonderful. Staff was great! We were in LR for a company Christmas Party so the lobby was gorgeous!!! The only thing we didn't like is our coffee pot didn't work. I am sure if we would have called to the front desk they would have taken care of that for us, but we were leaving anyway. I didn't let them know when we checked out.”

AAEA Conference stay
“I thought the room was nice, service was very nice, and the food was great. I had a steak for dinner and it was very good. I arrived late for breakfast and ordered the breakfast bar. The pancakes were cold and hard (had to use a knife to cut a bite). My waiter saw that and immediately had the cook to make me some fresh pancakes without me telling him to do so. The location is near Verizon Arena and the River Market which makes for an easy trip for fun and entertainment.”

“Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and obviously had fresh water because it was cool in spite of the heat. We really liked the location being close to the river market area. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.”
