A disappointment to say the least, of course the wedding had been planned well before. The bartender a girl I felt could'nt be bothered w/ her clients, luckly another bartender came on shift. Good but not great

Exceptional Service
“This was such a great experience from checking in to the fabulous rooms, pool and staff. We had a great room, clean as a whistle. The staff was very attentive and we will be back. ”

Lukewarm
“The room was dusty and I am not a real fan of the loft style; it is dark and very, very noisy. We had no washcloths, a long dark hair in one of the hand towels, and limited towels in general. There was no trash can near the entrance or in the lobby--inconvenient after a long drive.”
