Very pleased with the accomodations. Room has been updated. Was clean, new carpet, had fresh smell. Slept like a baby. Continental breakfast was very good, many choices of food items. Will stay there again, whenever I'm in Knoxville.

My Stay at Red Roof/Knoxville by Diane Neel on Feb 22, 2012

Great location for my needs. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue both nights with my pass key not working and had to go to front desk to get new one and they apologized. Also part of the coffee pot in the room was missing. Other than that, I would stay there again on my next trip.

Hotel Review by JK on Nov 21, 2011

clean enough. power outage the first a.m. and it was VERY dark. Without my cell phone to navigate to the restroom I would have been fearful The halls were extremely dark even with the emergency lighting that eventually burned out as well so candles were used. Thinking this is a hazard. No power meant no breakfast so the day was off to a rocky start. Power eventually restored at some point in the morning. Some of the staff was much more helpful than others. IF I had to be in Knoxville again I would stay there, but I hope to not have to be there again. Two words for the hotel...especially in light of the fact of no power, but perishable foods: backup generator.
