Spring Break 2012 -Wonderful Hotel by The Galante's on Apr 7, 2012

March 26th2012-I stayed three nights with husband and two kids. What a wonderful, friendly,clean Hotel. Great food, drinks, music, staff. Great bartender make us feel like family. Looked up travel info for us, gave us great tips for our stay... Great price for really nice room. Not the Holiday Inn style hotel we are use to. Can't wait to return.

Our room at the Hotel Julien was perfect - comfy, roomy, quiet, nice amenities, Aveda products. This recently remodeled hotel in the heart of Dubuque was within walking distance of the Great River Museum and Aquarium, a river walk, the event center, a local brewery, a winery and the casino. It's also just a few doors down from great restaurants and shops. Ask for a room overlooking Main St. Our friends had a room on the back side of the hotel, and it was much smaller than our room.

This is a beautiful and historic hotel; friendly staff, great food and close to the Riverwalk area.

Beautiful hotel would definitely stay there again. Great location and short drive to Sundown Mountain.
