The room was very clean and the view was fantastic.
The hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. I would definately stay again in the future.

hotel was nice but the hot tub and pool were out of service and they tried to give me a break on the cost. we were on a motorcycle and the weather was cool and we got the reservation there so we could warm up in the hot tub

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms, Bathroom is Awesome! Neighborhood sketchy but looks like they are re-building. We felt safe due to lots of security for hotel, casino and the parking garages. Biggest bonus: Parking is free! Stay away from the mini bar in your room. Fridge is kept at high temp so everything's warm and way expensive. Sensors are on items, everything you touch they will charge you for. Check out "Assembly Line" for your meals but go hungry...so much to choose from, well worth the $$.

POSITIVES: The hotel itself is welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable & attractively furnished. The Restaurant Manager is a hands-on gentleman that carefully monitors service levels in the restaurant. It helps that his restaurant is very comfortable, and offers a basic menu with hearty portions, tasty and fairly priced. NO PROBLEM WITH MORNING SHUTTLE DEPARTURE FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT.
NEGATIVES: LATE AFTERNOON & EVENING SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL. The absolutely very worst from the airport. Prepare to wait 30-45 mins. The drivers will lie about their arrival intervals at the airport. Fortunately, I have travel companions who can vouch for the lousy airport-to-hotel shuttle service. This has been my experience for the several times I've been at this hotel.

We only stayed at the resort for 2 days but we must say it was one of the most enjoyable experiences. Everyone was jsut fantastic and courtious. and a specail thank you to the management and staff who made our stay so enjoyable and unforgetable. Again thank you all

Long line to check in and only one person working the desk. She was very nice. Entryway to room very tight, next to impossible to hold the door open for my daughter with a baby. Pellowcases had stains on them. They were changed when asked but the room still "felt" unclean because of the experience. View of parking lot and noise as well should be factored into the pricing of the room. Ground floor riverside was requested in reservation but we ended up third floor back corner parking lot.

The hotel is dated the rooms are clean but small. No safe in the room, the buffet was poor and the cafe has cock roaches. Won't go back.

Very good room, bed and general location. No safe in room and $50.95 for breakfast buffet????? No thanks.
