All the Good Things in Bonita Springs

Bonita Springs truly lives up to its name. Here is a place where beaches are a stone’s throw away and the skies are clear, blue and beaming round the clock. If you’ve had enough of gazing at dull concrete jungles, then it’s surely time for you to book a ticket to one of the great treasures of Florida.

Tanned and Happy

Forget spray tans and get the genuine thing! Take advantage of the surplus of beaches and enjoy the mix of water, sun and sand. Try Bonita Beach Park, Barefoot Beach or Little Hickory Island Beach Park to attain that ultimate glow. If you dislike the feeling of “sand in your toes”, you can always go boating or fishing. Bonita Springs’s backwaters are over-flowing with various types of fish from snappers to swordfishes.

They’ve Got It All

Have you ever heard of the Art League of Bonita Springs? This group provides an array of fun social events for locals and tourists alike. Take dancing lessons, watch films or enjoy the many art exhibitions. Is playing golf something you can’t live without? Bonita Springs houses more than 30 public and private golf courses all for your pleasure and satisfaction. Are you an advocate of nature? Lover’s Key State Park provides various activities and is home to diverse habitats of flora and fauna including the West Indian manatees and bottlenose dolphins.

Shop and Eat ‘til You Drop

Drop by The Promenade and Coconut Point and indulge yourself with some relaxing retail therapy. After a hard day’s “work”, enjoy sumptuous meals by the water, fresh from the water! Every traveler will surely be delighted by the varied cuisines found in Bonita Springs. From fine dining in a chic restaurant to a laid-back night of cold beer with street jazz in the background, Bonita Springs will surely leave you wanting more!

Bonita is Beautiful!

When I first arrived at Bonita Springs, the first thing that caught my eye was how the place is so beautiful! There are a lot of beaches here and it is truly a place where you can enjoy the crystal clear blue sky. I did not know “bonita” also meant beautiful, but I guess it does make sense.

If you visit Bonita Spring, I swear you will not go wrong. It is not your usual holiday place that is just pure resort activities. No. You get to do lots of activities like dancing, watching films, check out art exhibitions, or maybe play golf. Like I said, you never get bored here.

If you are ready for some grub, check out The Promenade. They have all kinds of things anybody can enjoy.. all in one place! It depends on your mood really, so if you go fancy or just want to relax. You will find something for you.

everything here's beautiful

Beauty is never really lost in Bonita Springs. One of my favorites is the Everglades Wonder Garden. It is not exactly what you call a sophisticated garden, but there are a lot of animals there and you have to admire the rescuers and nurturers who have done their best to take care of the animals that have been rescued.

Do not miss checking out the Barefoot Beach Preserve as well. It is a gorgeous beach where there is also a featured park with a number of animals.

For relaxation, I highly suggest you get your spa delights from Stillwater Spa. Although it is 5 miles or so away from the heart of the city, it does not fall short on your expectations.
