Calle Ocho Festival is the largest celebration of Latino culture in the U.S. It happens every year on 8th Street, thus the name “Calle Ocho”, the center of Cuban culture in the city and the busiest street in Little Havana. Miami’s Art deco Festival happens on a weekend in January in the center of the city’s Art Deco district in South Beach. During the festival, the area is transported back into time as far as the 1920s. Among the highlights of event are an antique car parade, jazz music and dancing and street theaters. Tourists are also offered guided tours and a wide collection of antique displays and memorabilia for purchase.
